It's supposed to be fast food and even when I order and a pickup which should be ready when I arrive I have to wait.. might as well go on the drive thru. There is a few people that have attitudes at the window which I always chop it up as not wanting to be at work which we all been there but there are certain tones make you question. So beware for long waits.

There were not many people inside and it took 10 minutes to get my food. It has been set on the counter in front of people and no one ever called my name out so it was warm. I watched numerous people from the drive thru come in fur mistakes. A manager also yelled at an employee that wasn't even clocked in to work to do things. She got louder when the employee ignored her. There receipts all over the floor, and messy tables. Not a clean store. Not very team oriented.

I usually don’t do reviews but whoever was working the line on 06/08/2025 NEEDS A RAISE AND SOME RECOGNITION!! My food was hot and looks exactly like you see in commercials and I ordered 3 cups of Mac sauce and when I tell you they were filled to the brim. I will only be going out of my way to come to this McDonald’s now, because no McDonald’s in Dayton gives you any more than just a squirt of Mac sauce in a cup THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE THANK YALL SO MUCH!
