Bought the Big Breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, & biscuit. Came wi 1 pkg butter that I couldn't open. Threw it away. No salt, pepper, or jelly. Is this what BB'S are all about now? Forget it. Not worth the money.

If you want to order and not wait well too bad your gonna wait a long time because even ordering online to pick up they will ALWAYS forget something and it's a struggle to get it when trying to talk to someone and they blatantly ignore you I got tired of it because I'm on a time limit for lunch where I work so I took MY TWO CUPS I PAID FOR FOR THE ONE THOUSANDTH TIME and walk out only to be called a thief for something I paid for glad I finally got their attention because this is pathetic and humiliating when I have to do their job for them DO BETTER AND READ ORDERS TO GIVE EVERYTHING THEY ORDERED
Had to wait 15mins+ for a SINGLE McDouble without two items, had remade it the first time came back with so much ketchup, second time was onions which I requested none, third time was handed out to a customer that was meant to be handed out to me, then here’s the forth special from these ridiculous employees, rather talk about THC dab pens, then rather take care of customer service.

I don't know what has happened to good customer service ? I came in this morning for a bagel meal and the bagel was as hard as a rock the hash browns were soggy and the coffee was Luke warm at best.. I like the people at this location but I don't think management gives a damn ! I come here every Sunday..no Longer , it's time to find a new place to have my Sunday breakfast and coffee..
