Never ever get my orders right. Not even if I ordered from the app. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff don't know what they are doing ever and most are rude. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and waited for about 3min. Another car pulled up to the other lane and immediately was created and order taken. I waited another 3min and then just pulled up to the first window where I again waited for anyone to come to the window and see me. Took about 5min and finally someone came and listened to me and said that she would take my order but I no longer wanted to eat there. Then I noticed that I was stuck. Stuck behind the guy who had his order taken first and I couldn't leave . I was now trapped in the drive thru,one I no longer wished to order from and it seemed he wasn't going to be moving for a while. 15min total actually. I sat behind the guy for 15min waiting for them to move him. They knew I was waiting for him to move cause I told the window lady and she specifically said something to her manager and still instead of moving the guy up and parking him, they chose to leave him at window two and leaving me trapped. I was livid. This is absolutely absurd and should be handled by someone higher up. High enough that it's not the only store they supervise cause it seems whoever is running this place would rather not deal with any of it's issues at all

I went through th drive-thru, and it LOWKEY SUCKED. The bro at the speaker didn't even know how to use the system to order our food. I had to look at my order to make sure they didn't miss anything SPOILER ALERT. They did. Also, urinal placement was no good. Anyway, big L for this place.

One of the most hit and miss locations in Dayton. There's been times that they've either messed up my order entirely or ignore me at the speaker while they take other ppl in the 2nd lane (I really think 2 order lanes is ridiculous for any fast food restaurant as are the drive thru time expectations for many of these restaurants) I'm changing this to a one-star review because you had an employee who insisted your buy one get one for a dollar deal was not mix and match despite you guys advertising it as such.

Never under any circumstance come to this location past like 6pm. As you can see I order a large coke and large mocha frappe and got a large sweet tea and a large Carmel frappe. This is after I had to correct the cranky old lady at the window about the frappe being a small instead of a large. Tried to show her the receipt and she wasn’t haven’t it. Didn’t realize till I get home this is what she gave me.
How is it even humanly possible to mess this order up this bad.

Our crew stopped in there for breakfast on our way outta town for a few days and they forgot my McGriddle from the entire Order, nothing else!? Wth??!!
Drive thru service has gotten pretty bad. Placed an order via the app and it wasn’t ready, was asked to pull over to a parking space for my food to be brought out, waited 15 minutes and had to call and tell them I was still there. Next time, placed an order for three McFlurrys, waited 8 minutes only to have to hear the young boy at the window cursing to himself and then I had to ask for a carrier when he tried handing them all to me without one. They were so messy with everything all over the sides, they had to be cleaned off before anyone could hold them and then found the Oreo crumbs were only on the top, only vanilla ice cream underneath. Was not the standard whatsoever. Not worth the aggravation to go there anymore.

I typed this while eating my Biscuit amd Gravy that oddly looks very much like a Bacon Egg amd Cheese Bagel.
