Just revisited this McDonald's after their renovation. I can only say fresh lipstick on an old pig. When I walked in two employees in the lobby were complaining about other employees. One employee has their child in the lobby and frequently left the child alone foe up to 10 minutes at a time. Of course, the child was wandering all over the lobby and climbing on partitions. Child was about 4 years old. The employee who took my order had to call for help 3 times . I ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink. I asked for a eat here order but was not given a table number. When the food arrived it was in a go bag and none called out the number. The fries were cold and soggy and the sandwich was lukewarm. I has to wait at the counter over 5 minutes to get someone's attention to get a refill. Better to go the McDonald's in Huber!

This McDonald's used to be really good, I just went through for just a happy meal and waited 25 minutes from the time I got in the line until I left with food. It seems as though only teenagers are running this entire store. Every single one of them are rude and won't even say hi. I am never returning to this McDonald's.

I ordered for a drive thru pick up, the woman at the drive thru was not only rude, but blatantly ignored us and turned the mic off on me and my sister. She did not give me what I ordered and LIED about how I could get a refund. I contacted McDonalds support and hope to reach a district manager. Do not go to this Mcdonald’s. They are rude and unprofessional.
3pm on.a Saturday they were slammed. But it was mainly because they were slow. Standing around while 1 or 2 people did most of the work, Our drive thru order took 20 minutes from speaker to driving away. With no customizing. Plus whomever is making burgers really needs to do 1 squirt of mustard. No it 5.

The only good thing about this place is that it’s newly renovated. The customer service is TERRIBLE. It never fails that I have something missing from my order. And there always seems to be an extended wait… every time. -10 / 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

incredible, managed to f-up my order for the 4th time in a row. ordered the classic cheeseburger pack and wouldnt you imagine my shock to arrive home to find no cheeseburgers. driving all the way down to airway now if i want mcdonalds. fries were warm and crispy.

Disgusting and dirty. Food was cold. Service was slow taking nearly 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered. Staff was not friendly or at all courteous. I didn't have high expectations walking in because of being a McDonald's, but they still managed to come in way below them.
