The order was placed correctly. What I received was not. I did not notice until I arrived at home. Also, several staff members do not thank their patrons. Could not hear the order taker. I thought I placed my order. No dollar amount appeared on the screen. She instructed me to pull around. Went to pay and the order was not there. They had to retake my order where you pay. Went to order pick up and she asked me what I ordeReceived the order . The food was correct . As I pulled away they gave me diet coke instead of original. This location was across from stebbins high school on Needmore Rd. McDonald's has issues getting orders correct.

I placed a really annoying (not on purpose) and complicated Door Dash order. It was a pretty expensive order ($60) so I kept my fingers crossed. The order was fantastic! All my special requests were honored. It was SUPER tasty. Fine job, Evening Staff! People are quick to complain these days. They should take more time to recognize jobs well done. I also regularly go to this location to pick up a dozen breakfast burritos. Morning Staff is great, too!

Poorly trained staff. Doesn't know how to input order. Argues with me.Staff laugh at customer with other staff, run from windows when honk to call her back.Staff pours coffee over open coffee and drink cups while taking her scarf on and off . Repeatedly fixing front of hair under scarf, scarf apparently not as liked rearranging it at least 5 times. Call manager who tells me to hurry she's busy. Turns her ahead around several times as I'm talking whereupon I waited for her. Thus her " hurry I'm busy". I don't talk to backs of heads. Says she can guarantee there's no hair in my coffee. The same hands that played in her hair put my lids on coffee. I got home. Strained coffee. Still gagging at the thought i threw it in the sink. Other people refuse to go there. Now I'm on that list. Enjoy the hair I your food, And incompete rude Staff.

Usually screw up my order. Get the filet of fish and last time didn't even have tartar sauce on it. This is what I'm working with today. Maybe one of the guys in the back had his way with my sandwich. He only penetrated the bun, not the fish filet. Do better.
