I usually order off the mobile app, but it doesn't make this much better. I stood waiting for my order to be taken for 30 minutes. I was the second person in line, drive thru line was long too, I got my food, and the fries are unsalted and kind of cold. They didn't put my daughters drink for her happy meal in the happy meal box, the charged me an extra 70 cents for a large coke in my kids happy meal and then 1. 39 or similar for an apple juice on the side. And since I already had somewhere to be and was hoping it'd be quicker I didn't feel like fighting, and there was an entire line. Altogether was disappointed this time around. I've been driving across town to go to a better one, but it was close to my house and I had somewhere else to go, but highly disappointed.

My experience this morning at this particular McDonald's was wonderful! I myself work at a McDonald's and we don't even have it this together in the mornings, from customer service down to the food was wonderful and I will be back from now on every morning that I need fresh coffee and fresh food it's a wonderful day LOL I don't care what nobody says when you're a coffee drinker that cup matters in the morning especially when you're in a rush to go to work and my cup was perfect perfect perfect perfect!
Parking: Plenty of space to park they always have the line going

All the restaurants where this restaurant is located all of their personnel should be fired and rehired by other people. It takes minimum 15-20 minutes per customer there are days they don’t accept credit cards or cash. It’s an embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand name corporate really should come down there and stay with them a week or two to figure it out Toss DEI aside and base them on solely their work ethic and I guarantee you this McDonald’s branch shut down

Why is it every time I go an hour or 2 before they go they act like they’re not there
My regular hamburger and medium French fries were very good. The fries were hot and fresh. I was disappointed that they don’t sell ice cream. Weird. The drive-through staff were not especially friendly.

I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel well done and scrambled egg instead of folded so they put round on it instead! 23.03 for the order and it’s not correct. They are always super slow and all the workers have attitudes smh yall gotta do better we pay too much for yall fake food for it to not be right. ?????

Here aylt 919pm Thurs sep 5 - I came for French fries ? with mcds honey mustard- I put three honey mustards on the mobile order and got none. I tried going inside - everything was locked. I tried calling - no one picked up. This was after waiting like fifteen minutes after being pulled forward through to parking spot 1. Now I don't even want my fries that I had to pay for
