Ordered chicken taco bowl. Very fresh. chicken was shredded , hardly any tomatoes and too many onions but the bowl was crispy and delicious. So big could only eat half. Would order again but without onions !!

I really liked victors in Massillon when they first opened. However, they’ve gone downhill. I don’t know if it’s low staff or what it may be. We’ve received the wrong items several times, and today there was a bug in our food. Overall the food is normally good, but the service is just not great. We went back and they did give us a new one, but kind of surprised they didn’t offer a refund.

Food was ok, barria was warm and the cheese was not melted. The guy taking the drive thru orders wouldn't speak English or have anyone help him so we went inside and he seemed very mad and disorganized. The place looks so run down and abandoned. Windows blocked with wood, old old sign.
