Everything was great. Took hubby out to dinner for the first time in three years after his strokes they made us feel at home. I had the no crust pizza and hubby had the Italian sub. Hats off the chef it was great. Great service. We will definitely be going back.

We have been in twice now. A month ago and today with our nieces. (Museum trip) Food is great. Same person has waited on us. Name escapes me. But she is really sweet and knows
how to make a Martini... Love sitting outside on the back porch. Nothing fancy. Picnic tables and such. Fire pit.

Best pizza I’ve had in Dayton. Great outdoor area to sit with family. Inside resembles more of a dive bar, so I don’t think I would take my family there when we can’t sit outside. I was surprised as to how expensive the pizzas ended up being and very surprised how expensive some of the beer is. I’ve been to places in downtown Dayton where craft beer is no more than seven dollars a pint. This beer was much more than that and was not listed on the menu so I was surprised when we got the bill. Lesson learned on my end to ask how much the beer is before I order it.
Based on cost alone, we probably wouldn’t make this our regular pizza shop stop, but we would visit again. We eat a lot of pizza in this family. This place is definitely a hidden gem within the city.

I had round up pizza, and it looked over cooked and it was cold. My first and last time ordering food from op m this place not worth $33.00.

Update***** went back and everything came out super fast. Italian sub is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten and the salad is incredible. Can’t wait to come back. Changed to 5 stars.

Review is more like a 3.5 but the time waited was a bit extreme. Came on a Thursday barely anyone there. Drinks are great and cheap. Bartenders give great reccomendations and they were super friendly and helpful. The food that came out on time was awesome. Salads fresh and came out first. Otherwise, all of the food came out about 25 minutes after ordering besides one pizza which came out 35 minutes LATER at exactly 1 hour after ordered. Nothing was mentioned and nothing was comped etc. (my opinion is that the pizza should’ve been taken off or we should’ve just rejected it) however I am excited to go back but in the future, but I would speak up if a food item took an hour. Everything is fresh and delicious though. I think if they were busier, the issue that made it take so long wouldn’t have been there. Bathrooms were okay… not the cleanest but it’s an old building. Food wise the pepperonis, the crust, and the sandwiches (crust is Roman style) were phenomenal. Better than most places around for sure.

In town for Business found this family owned and run spot I stopped in to order dinner to go. I was talking with a gentleman who said I couldn’t go wrong with any choice. He was right I ordered the round up pizza. I also heard about the owners mom’s recipe for meatballs. I ordered a meatball sandwich with chips for work tomorrow. The food is prepared Roman style the ride to my hotel was a challenge! the aroma in my car was amazing. It didn’t take me long to try the Pizza it was delicious. I have no doubt my lunch tomorrow will be as delicious thank you Beth for your excellent service tonight. If you’re in the area near Old Dayton Pizza at Riverside Hideaway it’s a stop you won’t regret!

Parking: I will be back before leaving town at the end of the week.

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance, it's not just another roadside dive, this place sells some delicious pizza. Pizzas take time to cook but the selection was amazing and the toppings were fresh and plentiful.

Showed up at Noon with 30 people. We were in town for a soccer tournament. The bar is amazing and has a great vibe. The food was a 10 out of 10, highly recommend the Italian sub. Of all the things, the service was over the top. Everyone was so kind to the kids and the owner and her team were so passionate about their restaurant. A must visit!

Server was friendly and knowledgeable of menu. The meatballs and cheesy bread were excellent! Everyone enjoyed their individual sized pizza. Pizza crust was amazing being not too thin or thick and perfectly baked.
