I've never had a sirloin steak med well with no flavor and burnt on the outside and was hard to cut into with the knives they had. the knife could barely cut the bread. After cutting the steak it was white, yes, white, not pink and very hard to chew. I'm not sure what kinda meat they served, the waitress said it was a high quality cut. If I ever want a steak again it's Texas Roadhouse for me!!

Ordered car side. Food was being brought to me before I got parked. Food was mediocre at best. Steak was very fatty had about 3 bites before considering it a total loss. I really wanted steak too.

Great people, great food, and great experience. I don't usually go to Outback because of past experiences. But my work colleague said this one was great and he was right. I appreciated the attentiveness by the staff and even though they seemed short handed, the service was great. I will definitely be back!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I should’ve left when I realized we were being served with plastic ware and throw away plates. Food was served cold, the steak on my pasta had a spoiled taste to it so I didn’t eat any of it. They did remake my bfs meal and by the time it came it was time for us to leave so we put it In a to go container. We received $7 off the bill for the inconvenience…..a $75 bill for lunch that neither one of us ate.

Worst customer service I've had at a restaurant. Food took an eternity, never got any refills. Literally took almost 2 hours just to get food. Really wasn't even that busy. Just bad all around. Briya was our server.

We went here a few months ago and had excellent service while sitting at the bar. We ordered several drinks and different food items. The service was on point. One of the things we ordered was cold and the bartender took care of it immediately! Well we returned tonight for the first time since then and sat at the bar again. It was the same bartender and he again provided excellent service! The food was fantastic all around this time as well! I highly recommend sitting at the bar on Saturday nights. This guy is excellent!!!!

So my boyfriend and l visited your establishment and well it was lackluster at best. Our server was the bartender and well he just didn't seem all that personable. I asked for my strawberry lemonade to go since the ladies in front of us were able to get theirs. Nope, bartender totally ignored my request and acted like he didn't want to be there. Nice way to make someone feel appreciated.
