Service was meh. Food was meh. Tea was Luke warm. Crab goonies were not good. The second pot of oolong tea (hot) was great and the soup was delicious, everything else was ok ish. The restaurant itself was nice. My wife and I would much rather have had any number of local spots before going here again. We thought we should try it, but cheaper and tastier food at other places. Disappointed as a whole. My wife did like the Mongolian toy, everything else was meh.

The food has gone WAY downhill. The prices are up and the portions are down. Food used to be "Family Style" which helped explain the high prices, used to be able to share. Now, it's barely one portion. Also, consistency is terrible. Everyone LOVES the chicken lettuce wraps. So what do they do? Continually change them, with weird sauces and romaine, then iceberg, then romaine lettuce. Who knows why. I miss early PF Changs. Service was good though!

Celebrated my son-in-law's birthday recently. We really enjoyed ourselves. His dessert was complimentary. He and my daughter eat gluten-free as she has an allergy. One restaurant where she feels safe due to their diligence in the kitchen.
Especially love the lettuce wraps!!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free safe.

We ordered and they had us wait an extra 10 minutes on top of the 15 we waited to come pick up. The lady eventually forgot she already had talked to us, and asked us if we been helped, and we said yes by her. I had the tofu bowl, expecting it to be spicey because I chose that option, but there no spice. Then they didn't cut the vegetables and discard the unwanted parts, so I'm pulling out hair like texture and hard parts from the vegetables. And the chives are in whole bits they didn't even bother chopping them up. It just seems like we overpaid for the quality and wait time. The rice wand tofu was okay though.

Food was just awful this trip. It's usually a good place to eat so we were surprised at how "off" they were, especially New Years Eve.

This is the worst P.F. Chang’s restaurant I have ever visited. I rarely give one-star reviews, but this location truly deserves it.

Ambiance: The ambiance was good—no complaints here.

Food:
We ordered the Kids’ Fried Rice and Chicken Fried Rice for the main course. Unfortunately, the quality was terrible. The rice was hard to chew and tasted like it was taken straight from the freezer and thrown into the cooking pan without proper preparation. We could tell after just one bite. If fresh rice wasn’t available, the staff should have informed us so we could have ordered something else. It’s unacceptable to serve this to kids—what if it had caused a health issue?

When we brought this to the waitress’s attention, she hesitated to address it and had to consult other staff members before offering a solution. I decided not to take a chance and replaced the Fried Rice with Pad Thai. While the Pad Thai was better, it was heavily loaded with sauces, ruining the flavor. I’ve had Pad Thai and Fried Rice at other P.F. Chang’s locations hundreds of times, and I usually love it, but this was a miserable experience.

The Pork Ribs were okay in flavor but served cold, and the Dynamite Shrimp tasted off—I’m not sure why.

The service was disappointing overall, especially the waitress’s handling of our concerns.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had at any P.F. Chang’s location, and I will not be returning. Please do not serve food of such poor quality, especially when customers are dining with kids. I hope you take this feedback seriously.

We eat here on the regular. However, after the last 3 times we are done. 1st, green beans were disgusting! Obviously fried in old, dirty oil. 2nd, have no idea why the spring rolls and egg rolls changed. They are horrible! They are not light and crunchy anymore. They are gummy wrappers and taste of chemicals. The beef in the mongolian beef is flat, squares now instead of real meat and was cooked until it was beef jerky. The spicy chicken was a mess of small bites of chicken with sauce that was sweet and gummy. Fried rice was about 3 days old and hard. The server spoke to a "manager" we never saw and they took the mongolian beef and spring rolls off the bill. I don't know what's going on but this is laughable if it wasn't so spendy. Like I said, we have been regulars and brought our family there and it was all delicious. Our server is always Jackie and we absolutely adore her. If she isn't there, we get Steve and adore him too. It makes us very sad the food is so bad. Fix it or you will be closed especially given your location.

We ate at the PF by the Dayton Mall last night. The food was good, but our server, Chris, was great. He was as good as a waiter can be. Just a personable, friendly guy, who did everything he could to make our dining experience excellent. Thank you!

Pre-ordered takeout, scheduled the night before for 4:45, and it wasn't ready when I got there. Had to wait until after 5. Not too big of a deal, but I scheduled it because I needed to be somewhere else before they closed at 5:30. The lettuce wraps to go was much smaller than they used to be. It all came in one container. In the past, they put the lettuce in a separate bag and gave you more lettuce. The Korean spare ribs do not have a good flavor. I do not recommend it. Otherwise, everything else was good. The chicken lo mein and beef fried rice was really good.

We ordered take-out. My daughter can't have gluten, so we love that PF Chang's can accommodate her. She loves their chicken fried rice. Tonight I was feeding 6 people. We ordered the aforementioned GF fried rice and two "family-style" orders: chicken and broccoli with white rice, and sesame beef. with fried rice. We also ordered an "Asian Salad." I put that in quotation marks because it was, basically, a Caesar Salad with wontons instead of croutons. Not even Asian dressing. And how Asian is Parmesan Cheese? The sauce on the beef was delicious, but it was grainy like the thickener hadn't fully dissolved. The white rice was brown in places from being stuck at the bottom of the pot. Finally, "family-style" is not specific enough about size. The website says: "Sized to pass, share, and enjoy with everyone at the table." How many is everyone? 2, 4, 6, 10? Then I tried to add chopsticks and fortune cookies, not realizing I was supposed to add one for each person. So...we had a family fortune tonight with one cookie. I don't know how this location stacks up against others, but I feel like they're trading on name recognition here. I guess I'll go back because of the GF options, but I won't be excited about it. There are some locally owned restaurants closer, cheaper, and more delicious. It was way overpriced for what we got tonight.

Dietary restrictions: Good gluten-free options.
