Never had been to PF Chang. Found it on the google map and decided to try for family dinner. Now I wish I picked fast food restaurants for my family instead. This is the first time we eat here, and pretty sure will be the last time for all the PF Changs. Food was just okay. Agreed with other reviews about the portion of the food vs the price charged. Honestly I think the taste of the food is not too bad. I will probably rate this place four stars (or three at least) if it is not because of the following experience: We were very disappointed with the service. Our waitress did not smile at us throughout the whole time. We kept saying thank you when she serve food or providing us utensils, but she never responded back. In addition, my water glass was empty not even half way through the meal and never got refilled. I am not sure why this happened to us but i truly think we were not treated fairly. It kinda ruined our family dinner. We paid too much for this kind of service.

What is going on with portions? The last 2 $48 meals for two were child sized portions. Fork in pic for reference - there were maybe 3-4 pieces of chicken in an adult meal. These were $20 each. 2nd time ordering - never again. Shame on you.

Our server Samantha was great. She was attentive and patient. Our drinks were never empty and she checked in at appropriate times. The food on the other hand was trash. My white rice was hard, it wasn’t even close to being done. My girlfriend’s fried rice was refrigerator cold. Samantha replaced both when we brought it to her attention. The friend rice was warm this time but the white rice was still hard. I just let it go because i knew it wasn’t going to get better and she wasn’t the one who prepared it.

OK, now I have had pf changs good from the grocery store. This is the first time I've actually had it from the restaurant. I really thought it would be better than the frozen stuff at the store. I was wrong on this one, I ordered the orange chicken, potstickers, and the egg drop soup. The food was decent, but you can tell it was sitting under a warmer for a while. The coating on the chicken was soggy and falling off. The serving size was extremely small for the price I paid for everything. The potstickers were good, the sauce was something to be desired, I ended up using my own sauce at home. The soup was not what I expected, I've never had egg drop soup that was made with beef broth. So in conclusion I surely won't be ordering out eating at this place again. Disappointed in general with everything.

We ordered dinner for a small retirement gathering. Food was extremely spicy hot and a dish was missing from the already packed bags. Did not get to check but expected all to be there. Our grandkids could not even eat a bite and even adults could not eat. Extremely disappointed

This was one of the most miserable dinners of my life. Both my son and I are physicians. My party included my son, wife, and myself. My son is working nights at the hospital and wanted left overs to eat . We ordered a large amount of food and when we told the waiter it didn't all arrive at the table-, he accused us of trying to steal food. He stopped everything and supposedly went to talk to the restaurant owner about our theft. It was a miserable experience...My wife tried to order the banana spring rolls and they were unavailable for the 4th consecutive visit. I cringe when my wife wants to eat at P.F. Chang's. It makes it worse when the waiter basically calls us crooks!
Went to lunch for my daughters birthday on Wednesday June 25, unfortunately they fell severely short all around. We arrived at 1230, sat right away. There was only about 4-5 other tables in there (after the service we received I understand why) we sat until after 1pm with no drinks to top it off he hadn’t even come around to get the order. Waited another 15 to get them. We all got lunch specials except my husband he got chicken with fried rice tasted horrible (like some sort of chemical was in it) the other 4 got Mongolian beef and it was so dry and over cooked couldn’t even cover the white rice. The chicken fried rice was taken off but I’m a server so I really tried to let it go but once I got home and really thought about how we just spent $100 on food that was really bad. We are disappointed bc we use to enjoy going but I’m not sure we will return after this.

We usually have a better experience than we did this time. My husband had asked which of two meals was better and ordered the recommended meal. They ended up bringing a 3rd entirely different meal. Service was very slow, and my daughter did not receive the drink she ordered. We ordered meals early for our grandchildren, but their food can out last.
We will return there because of previous experiences, but this time was disappointing.

We went last night, Christian was our waiter. He was probably one of the coolest waiters I have ever had in my life. He was funny, attentive and just made our night better because we had genuine conversations. I hope his manager sees this post. When we come back we will be asking for him. Food was solid too.
