I don't know what the other reviews are. The staff was very friendly to us (multiple visits). There were no bugs or anything that I saw. The pan is soft and delicious and the bollio rolls were absolutely wonderful.

Rude service. They didn't want to add my son's name on the cake because the cake "didn't" have room, it had plenty of room . They dont even know the dimensions of their cakes. Or won't even try to find out.

I was so wanting to give them a higher score but everything I got was just dry. Not sure if that's the norm or not, but it's definitely not for me. The lady who helped was really nice.
Very bad service, the person at the counter, always in a bad mood, asked for teleras for my business and simply did not complete it. A person with a bad character with no personality for customer service.
