I drove out of my way for a specific meal. I waited in the drive-thru and placed my order of 4 items. Then I was told by the cashier that it would be 10 min for my food. He asked if I wanted something else in place of it. I politely declined as it was the main item I went there for and I canceled my entire order, including all other items made. This is a fast food restaurant. Do not wait until you are out of something before making more. Also, do not wait until the customer gets to the cashier to inform them. This should have been mentioned while I was ordering, not after. This isn't the first time this has happened or the only issue there. I am taking this as a sign that you do not need my business and I do not need to eat at Panda.

This place needs to do some serious rehiring,, you go inside to eat , long line with employees walking past customers multiple times not helping them,, they take care of their drive through orders first, which i honestly thought that the people who actually get off their rear ends to go in are priority,, when did that change? The employees are rude and the food is gross

We love Panada Express but this visit was a bit not typical. They were out of just about everything we were hoping to order so we had to just order and wait. The table area had not been cleaned so I wiped down a table for my group. Just seemed to be a little disorganized at this location. Maybe next time we visit it will be better
I ordered online and went to the store to pick up. The online order somehow did not get to the store. However, the people at the store did not complain one word. They just get my order done right away. I did not need to wait at all. I am very impressed.
