It's very noisy and often crowded but their seasoning is GOOD! Some of the staff are nice others not so. Today there were several spills of food on the floor. Nobody was sweeping and we had to wait anout 8 minutes to be able to have napkins. I shared the ones I got with other customers nearby that did not have any. Maybe they were short of personnel or someone was lagging while others were up to their necks in work.
I love panda expresses orange chicken. I wentthere today and ordered if but received something spicy (I'm gonna assume general tso's?) I didn't like it at dinner time so I put it in the fridge. Now, after a few drinks in the middle of the night... it's not so bad.
I am really surprised by the bad reviews. I've gotten great food and service from this location. My only suggestion would be to make the entree portions of the plates larger, but that's a corporate thing, I'm sure.
