Not exactly happy with this location. Ordered a bread bowl and didn't get the bread bowl. When I brought it to their attention they just made an excuse. Giving women the code for men's restroom and giving men the code for women's restroom as if they intentionally hire people who don't know how to gender right. More likely not to come back to the 1203 brown street Dayton Ohio location

Parking lot construction so you have to park down the street and walk. Not very convenient when you place a to go order and just want to run in and go.

From out of town, but very nice compared to my local one. Staff was great, handled our rush of people well. Food was great despite the business, and the general atmosphere is exactly what I would expect. Great location!

Good service. Tasty sandwiches. The mango or peach green tea was soooooo good. Not too much sugar.

We tried the new Asiago bagel sandwiches. I have a new favorite sandwich at Panera! The Tuscan.... so delicious.

Sip club member. This place needs bathrooms cleaned. All the self serve coffee is out @ 3:45pm. Almost out of half and half. Not crowded but fair amount of UD students stop in. Told mgr when I gave him cold cup of coffee back that they are out. He acknowledged but no real effort to even check when he wasn’t busy. Mgmt is key. Raisin berry cookie is always a great treat but no coffee drops the stars. That poor cookie. No one coming in nor busy and 15 minutes of empty coffee station. People waiting and mgr is no where to be seen. Even UC in Clifton is better run for a college area with same elements.

Parking: Large lot behind PB that shares
with many other establishments.

Love the food, just not the service & all the different workers that always seem to have different ways to ring up your order. I’ve ordered the same thing at this location so many times but today not allowed to order it smh.
I usually spend 50+ everytime I eat at Panera but will take the drive to Kettering & stay out of brown st. Seems like anymore most of the restaurants on brown st employee turnover is huge & training is subpar or just not getting done.
I just left today, not worth the arguing with the person taking my order & doesn’t seem to be any management around.
