Floor was dirty. They were out of one of the main breads they use for sandwiches. We ordered two "Pick 2"s - they swapped the soup between plates. The bacon turkey bravo sandwich was missing the bacon (I did go back and they apologized and fixed it). The soups were barely hot, and the Autumn Squash soup was burned. Plus one of the staff had sprayed another staff with whipped cream in view of customers as a joke.

Unprofessional. No attention to detail. Food not up to par with other Panera's.

I wasn't sure where to pick up my order I ordered in advance and when I walked in I asked the woman at the counter and she seemed disgusted and annoyed by the fact that I wasn't sure that the food was sitting on a shelf behind me it was my first time there I was I supposed to know. And then was even more disgusted by the fact that I didn't know where to fill my cup up with the drink that I had ordered. I'm sorry I haven't been there before I apologize for that it'll probably be enough to keep me from going back

Nissi was super polite and helpful.

This is by far the filthiest Panera I’ve ever been in. It’s 9:30 in the morning and I would think everything would have been cleaned before close last night. That didn’t happen.

Dirt and trash on the floors. Dust on all surfaces. Drink station and garbage cans are disgusting.

I was at this restaurant in September and it wasn’t any better then.

I visited the store 1/11 for a value duet, Deli turkey w/ chicken & wild rice soup. The food was great especially the baguette. The store was understaffed and some areas were dirty. I don’t frequent this location because I haven’t had the best experiences but I would give it a 3.5-4 ⭐️ this visit.

Ordered 2 Family Size Potato Soups. $50. You can't tell me inflation has skyrocketed the cost of Potato Soup so high that 2 family size Potato Soups is $50. We'll never step foot in another Panera Bread.

Food was fine. Coffee was room temperature. The carpets look like they have never been cleaned. Panara has fallen in quality and is more expensive than ever.

Panera Bread on Miller Lane in Dayton, Ohio is a fantastic spot for a delicious and satisfying meal. I recently visited this location and was blown away by the exceptional customer service and the wide array of options available on the menu.

First and foremost, the customer service at this Panera Bread is top-notch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions I had about the menu. They took the time to make sure my order was correct and that I was satisfied with my meal. It was clear that they truly care about their customers and want to provide the best possible dining experience.

As for the menu options, there is something for everyone at Panera Bread. On my visit, I decided to try the cheddar broccoli soup with bacon bits on top, and it was absolutely delicious. The soup was creamy and flavorful, and the bacon added the perfect touch of smokiness. I also tried the grilled cheese, which was perfectly toasted and gooey with melted cheese. The cobb salad was fresh and filling, and the wild rice soup was hearty and comforting.

Overall, I highly recommend Panera Bread on Miller Lane in Dayton, Ohio. The customer service is excellent, the menu options are diverse and delicious, and the overall dining experience is truly enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a quick and healthy lunch or a cozy dinner, Panera Bread is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
