Don't go here! The service was terrible.My sandwich has nasty black old avocado and the restaurant was dirty. The manager was very rude and needs to know how to talk to customer's. Terrible, terrible service.

I love the French Onion soup and the salads are great. There teas they have are also very good and they have low sugar options which is great. The bread is my favorite though

Love love love Panera Bread oh, so many good choices for help there. Only wish they'd make some more gluten-free options, gluten-free cookies gluten-free muffins, gluten free bread. I think it would go over great as many people are suffering with Celiac anymore

Thanks for being unresponsive to phone calls, for not providing any notice that you planned to deliver my order 20 minutes late, for absolutely disrupting the flow of my event and the resulting delay in all aspects of the day by 30+ minutes. Thanks for pushing decent mom and pop caterers out of business leaving one subpar, soulless corporate husk of a company to provide a mediocre meal at a premium price. Thank you very much, I am sure to think twice before ordering $600 worth of catering in the future - no need to worry though - the options open to me for breakfast are very limited, so I’ll probably have to settle for your lax customer service, casual attitude towards significant mistakes on your part and bland, boring breakfast offerings. Thanks Panera, you’ve made my morning much much worse.

Always polite always helpful the food is always quality. I had one issue ever a CD the fixed immediately without hesitation. A really great Panera bread even when they are crowded.
