I had ordered a pizza for delivery and I had only said one item of my order. The person I was speaking with to place this order interrupted me and asked if I wanted to try their new menu item, I said no thank you and continued to order but I was told that they couldn't add anything else because they had already put my order into the system. The food was ok though.

Service was nice. People were very quick and asked me if I needed anything. But when I opened my order it was sloppy. other than that, just not satisfied with the food.

Order for delivery order extra garlic sauce didn't get it pizza 1 was cold the other pizza was under cooked if I wanted that I would cook my own frozen pizza at home tried calling speak to a Manger was on hold 20 minutes see my review west carrollton papa John's sight to 50 dollars for pizza cold under cooked didn't get extra garlic sauce as order I paid for I don't want a refund a coupon off are next order just do your job rite take care of your customers I been working with customers for over 20 years no customers no job
