I placed an order waited over an hour for delivery to see a pop up on my bank app they canceled my order and I called sat on hold 10 more min for Stuttering Stan to say "I'm try try try tryna close my store down. I aint ha ha have time to ca ca call you."Poor ssa customer service

Horrible experience!!!! My son ordered a pizza from Papa John’s to be delivered. He called the actual store not door-dash and asked for it to be delivered. Once order was placed and paid for food was delivered by door dash (which we didn’t know that’s who they use now)and left in the middle of our driveway out in the rain!!!!!! No phone call to say food had arrived or knock at the door!!!!! Food was soaking wet, pop bag soaked, box was soft and damaged !! Todays date is 1/12/24 it has been raining all day! And what’s even worse is the fact that Papa John’s instructed my son to call door dash ????? Excuse me he didn’t call door dash to order the pizza he called Papa John’s so with that being said Papa John’s should have took responsibility and fixed things with door dash!!! And after he went through all that door dash tells him to let the store know they returned his money so they ( Papa John’s) should refund him. He then calls Papa John’s back to let them know and the guy keeps trying to tell my son there’s nothing he can do!!!! For all this trouble my son should’ve got paid for all his hard work he put in just to get a complaint rectified!!!! Just poor customer service all around the board. Story doesn’t end there but that’s where I’ll leave it!!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!!!

I would like to thank Papa John’s Pizza on Germantown Pike they went out of their way to get a pizza delivered to my brother who is battling stage 3 lung cancer he’s at the VA Hospital in Dayton Robert is the one delivered it straight to his room. Unfortunately I live out of town and was trying everything I have to get this for him he’s not been eating much and when my brother said he really wanted a Papa John’s Pizza I was going to try to make it happen so thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys definitely get a 10 star from me.

I ordered 5 papadias for my family and including myself. I understand long wait times because of short staffing and I can accept that. But extremely poor quality food is just unacceptable. First thing is the papadia was made completely wrong. Instead of folding then slicing it in half, they slice it down the middle where the fold should be, then folded and sliced it again. So instead of a papadia I got two pizza sandwiches. Secondly I ordered all them with the same by removing the tomatoes and onions, and adding 3 blend cheese and bacon. There was pretty much no cheese, let along the 3 blend cheese which I'm a 100% sure didn't get added. Then when I called of course they didn't answer. And I have ordered this new Cool Ranch Papadia from other locations multiple times and have EXTREMELY BETTER FOOD. It was dry like extremely dry to the point it was almost uneatable they only thing that made it edible was the cool ranch seasoning and 2 of the 5 cool ranch dips, that we all had to share. The delivery guy was pleasant and kind though. He alone saved them from a 1 star rating. I would say make the drive to another location, especially if you want to experience how them Cool Ranch Papadias should really taste.
