I don’t get papa John’s often but when I do this is the only one to choose from and it’s never on time, the food is cold and it is likely delivered through door dash. I won’t order from here again, spend all that money for dog piss

Ordered a large pizza n cinnamon pull apart and the pizza tastes like they left it sitting out for 20 min before they got in the car and delivered it to us when the store isn’t even 10 min away. Comparable to a frozen oven cooked pizza. Could’ve made dinner myself. Disappointed to say the least.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 6:30 pm. The app said it was ready and I go to get it and I am told it's being cut. 15 minutes later I'm still standing there. The cashier was rude and offered to cancel my order I told her I don't need my order canceled I need to feed my children. She then told me everyone else here has kids. Then the manager stepped in and offerred to cancel my order and canceled my order. Then told me to never come back. My family orders pizza here regularly. But i will never order from this location again. So I wasted 2 hours of my evening waiting on pizza for children that never saw it. Worst experience ever.

Hope everyone likes cold pizza, might be warmer if the DOORDASH driver actually rang my door bell and handed me the food as was stated but was a bold face lie. Instead of it sitting on the concrete porch, 4 feet from the door. I will not give business to any pizza place that utilizes doordash where there should be a driver. I stopped ordering pizza hut due to this exact same issue, incompetent doordash drivers.
