So my pizza was wrong. But Lexi handled the problem great I told her I'm not going back out tonight and I asked if they could remake my pizza and have it delivered. She said yes and that it would be no problem and no charge. They owned their mistake and thats what matters. Shout out to Lexi for making thing right.

Called to order for pick up and was sent through a carry out line who didn't explain the order. Ordered a papas bowl and was given this. Ridiculous to pay 8 dollars for the bottom of a bowl.

I had got an order from doordash and the order was wrong . The manager was really nice and offered to give me a credit for it. But as it was for breakfast I was trying to eat it now and I think she got upset when I asked for it to be made again because this second time I got it made right it had chicken on it like I wanted but like such a small amount that is ridiculous for me paying for it at that point like don't even trouble yourself putting Chicken on the pizza because you know it doesn't help the pizza at all when you only put some on one slice. I was going to be nice and let it slide but when I had called her to talk about it she exclaimed that she knows that there's chicken on there because she personally handmade it so that makes me think okay so she's the manager and she didn't make my pizza properly so she could be petty? And then slam the phone up in my face when I was doing nothing but being kind to her I said no mean words I was not having an attitude of any kind I was just trying to get my problem resolved and she just happened to make it worse. This happens every time we order from the Airway Papa John’s. I always get the buffalo chicken Papadia and every time they put bacon on it. No where on the list of ingredients does it say that there is bacon. We have had to call previously to make sure they don’t put bacon on it because it happens so frequently (which is a hassle considering bacon isn’t even in the description for the food item).
Please don’t add extra ingredients if it doesn’t call for item(s) to be added.

Ordered a large pizza n cinnamon pull apart and the pizza tastes like they left it sitting out for 20 min before they got in the car and delivered it to us when the store isn’t even 10 min away. Comparable to a frozen oven cooked pizza. Could’ve made dinner myself. Disappointed to say the least.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 6:30 pm. The app said it was ready and I go to get it and I am told it's being cut. 15 minutes later I'm still standing there. The cashier was rude and offered to cancel my order I told her I don't need my order canceled I need to feed my children. She then told me everyone else here has kids. Then the manager stepped in and offerred to cancel my order and canceled my order. Then told me to never come back. My family orders pizza here regularly. But i will never order from this location again. So I wasted 2 hours of my evening waiting on pizza for children that never saw it. Worst experience ever.
