Made the mistake of giving this place another chance after past issues and here I sit waiting on an order that was suppose to be here thirty minutes ago. Ordered online at 1pm to be delivered at 5:30p and have my three kids plus four friends waiting to eat. Canât even get a hold of anyone when I call goes straight to âweâre unavailable to take your callâŠgoodbye.â This will be last time they get my business and my mistake for giving them another chance.

Fist time I ordered I paid for Extra side of pepperoncini peppers and got none. Called the store they put a note on my account. Finally decided to give then a Second try they could not find any notes on my account but said they will give me extra with my order. Driver shows up and gives me my pizza. But they forgot my order of Jalapeño papa bites. Then I open my pizza box to find 2 extra pepperoncini Peppers not happy

This pizza was HORRIBLE!!! Undercooked, not even cut, tasted like garbage and warning all who read this to stay clear of this place at all means!!! I recommend Mackenzie River as a much better and safer alternative to this shop. Terrible service - terrible product and literally ate one piece of large pizza and had to throw it out. 2 hours later, sick in the stomach from raw dough - literally it was not even hardly cooked. Paid for extra sauce - not in the box - when I got home, wasn't even cut. Someone tell me what 10 lemmings standing around talking says about the operations and quality of product? It has been at least 3 years since I had PJ's due to basically the same experience and this 2nd chance was worse than the one in Hubertucky. CAVEAT EMPTOR - go to Mac River OR a much better choice is a $5.99 Jacks Cheese and Pep from Krogers - at least it cooks all the way through and has a good taste.
This place is great I placed a order a few days ago that was not up to standards however I contacted the store and spoke with a Chad and he resent the order out with exceptional service and the quality of the food was hot and fresh and exactly as advertised very well done ?

I can't give it five stars for atmosphere cuz it's like you just going to pick up your pizza. There is no atmosphere. I have never had a problem with this location. I order via app and when my pizza is ready I go get it. It's always pretty close to time or earlier. I saw their commenters having problems but I've never had a problem with this location. People are always really nice to me. The food always tastes really good. One of my favorites.

Before our last 2 orders (Dec 2022 and Feb 2023), everything was always perfect. The past 2 orders were terrible - dough tasted old and no toppings besides sauce on the first 1 1/2" past the crust. Thought we'd give it another try but looking at recent reviews doesn't appear much has changed. Hopefully this location comes back around!

Straight gross place to eat or work. The store manager has black teeth. That's how she treats her staff and store too. Nothing is cleaned or sanitized. No gloves are worn. People literally pick their nose, use the restroom, and then handle food with bare hands out of the oven on the cut table. Disgusting place is an understatement....
