Called in to order pizza and was connected to a call center. The person receiving calls didn’t speak English very well. It ended up costing 2x as much as I thought it would and it was the wrong pizza. People at the store were very nice and all spoke English.

Whoever is working this morning is playing music so loud it’s rattling the walls next door. I walked over to ask if they could turn it down but went unacknowledged at the counter after 5 minutes. This is extremely disrespectful to the other businesses.

Made the mistake of giving this place another chance after past issues and here I sit waiting on an order that was suppose to be here thirty minutes ago. Ordered online at 1pm to be delivered at 5:30p and have my three kids plus four friends waiting to eat. Can’t even get a hold of anyone when I call goes straight to “we’re unavailable to take your call…goodbye.” This will be last time they get my business and my mistake for giving them another chance.
