Absolutely pathetic. One of your drivers refused to walk upstairs to my residence like it says in the instructions and just leaves and refuses to hand deliver it to me at my door. And delivery people wonder why people don't really wanna tip.

This place sucks and so does uber eats. One told me to contact the store to make changes/cancel an order and the store just kept saying to contact uber eats. Ridiculous. Food was awful too. Thin, dry and no sauce at all even in the one pizza that was supposed to have extra sauce. First and last time ordering here

I walk in and the guy who gives me my order has his pants below his butt. Employees should not be sagging at work. Completely Unacceptable. Food was good thought, just completely appalled at what society is becoming. Why is this okay?

I’m not usually a big fan of pizza, but the one I had today was the best I’ve ever tasted in my life. It was incredibly delicious — I truly enjoyed every bite. I even ordered five more boxes to take with me to New York on my way

Ordered a large deluxe, which is supposed to be 12 inches. Went out to the car and looked at the pizza… it was a medium, 10 inches. The manager patiently (patronizingly) explained to me that when you roll out dough, the gluten makes it spring back to a smaller size. With as quickly as PJ’s need to crank out pizzas, they should be stretching the dough farther than 12 inches so springs back to the correct size — I know this because I’m a baker—
Basically, when you give someone a smaller pizza, you cheat them on the toppings. That pizza was not worth what we paid for it.

I'm just very aggravated about a $7 delivery charge, which doesn't include tip. Ridiculous, greedy company. Never doing business with them again. I will always go to the Mom and Pop Pizza place down the street, who doesn't charge a fake greedy delivery charge. Shame on you people
The pizza. Delivery person comma just dropped it at the door, didn't ring the bell, and missed a cash tip. By the time we decided to go and wait for them, we found it cold. There was so much bread around the crust and very little topping.This is not how we expect papajis to be.

Nothing usually wrong with the pizza. However don't rely on the pizza tracker to be accurate. They reduce their times by saying its ready just to tell you 10 more minutes when you get to the store... pretty annoying.

On the recent occasions I have ordered from this establishment, the quality of the food has been unsatisfactory. The orders are delivered cold and are often late. Although the app indicates that the order has been delivered, it Arrives approximately 15 to 20 minutes later, in a state that is cold and unappetizing. When I contacted the store, I was only informed that the driver has a high volume of orders. It may be advisable to implement some modifications to ensure that food is delivered at an appropriate temperature. Additionally, no refund or credit was offered in response to my concerns. Consequently, I do not intend to have further dealings with this location.
