This is the only pizza place I go to anymore they always get my order right always nice never a problem and the way they make their pizza they make papa john and Shaq proud

Food itself is good when done right. If you put well done it will never be well done they never check the pizza. They give you breadsticks with a dip sauce and its 1/3 full for a whole order of bread sticks it has enough sauce for maybe 1 bread stick. They never answer the phone when you call to order so you always have to order online. I've waited as long as 10 mins on the phone to order only for them to hang up on me when they finally answered called back and they did the same thing two more times so I just chose somewhere else to order pizza. They have terrible service, atmosphere is basically non existent and the only thing they have going for them is decent pizza when it isn't messed up which is pretty much 50/50

Almost always good. If you are picking up they have it ready and fresh quickly. If you order delivery you may get it delivered through a third party (DoorDash) in which case you may want to have your oven set on low while you’re waiting for it. :)

I just work 15 hours could have turned left and went to Domino's but I turned right and went to Papa John's instead & I just spent $25 for a pizza and a eight-piece wings AND this is the worst Pizza I ever had.! I would have been better off going to Speedway an getting two slices of their nasty cardboard pizza off the tray of death for $3 I would of saved 22 dam dollars.... I'm pissed an its definitely the last dollar I spend in there

They messed up our order. Holly, the manager, was rude she acted like this was an inconvenience for her. She told me to bring the wrong pizzas back for a remake. I did, and she checked them both herself. She proceeded to screw it up again. One pizza was right, and the other was a duplicate of the only correct pizza on my order. So, I had to wait even longer to get what I paid for. The fact that she is in charge is absolutely shocking. Also, while I was waiting for my 2nd remake, I heard a delivery driver telling the cashier about 2 other orders that were wrong and needed to be remade. There is no quality control. There were so many workers doing nothing. If maybe one of them was double-checking orders, they would not be wasting so much food. I thought it was weird to bring the food back. Most places give you the food when it is their mistake. The order was wrong, but at least my children would have something to eat while I drove back and waited for them to mess it up again. I will not be spending my money here anymore.

I am placed an order at 3 o’clock. They told me it would be here at 3:30. They charge my credit card and at 4:40. I called them because it wasn’t a year and they said it would be another 10 minutes at 5:30 I called it’s still not here. They said it was delivered and it wasn’t. This isn’t the first time that this has happened. I ended up not getting my food order the last time they gonna try to ship it out again, but I’m very disappointed in them and they never answer the phone. I’ve been calling and was on that automated thing for over 25 minutes trying to find out about.
Toppings are never all the way to the edge, and they are slim. If you order online or through DoorDash, the last pizza I received all of the toppings were in the middle. There were no toppings all the way around the pizza at the top

Everyone in there seems to get along really well and runs a smooth operation. As well the employee Jared seems to go above and beyond when helping customers! I also just absolutely love Papa John's pizza. If it's not the Papa's I don't want it!
Parking: It's got a few spots in front of the building. The greatest downside I'd say of this location is it's parking lot, since the strip mall it's in is older.
