Ordered delivery and they got a couple items wrong, when I called the manager was so polite and apologetic . He got my order fixed and delivered ASAP!

The app told me my pizza was ready. When I got in there was a mob of people at the register waiting. When I got to the register she told me my food wasn’t ready and the app is often wrong.

I Called and ordered a pizza on a Saturday night and the guy Said it we be ready in 10 Mins!! I thought to myself,YEAH RIGHT Lmao I gave them 25 mins,walked in and they haven't even put it in the Oven!! Someone needs to Tell the Call Center that they send you to in India,to get their heads out of the rear,and quote correct wait times!!!

Food itself is good when done right. If you put well done it will never be well done they never check the pizza. They give you breadsticks with a dip sauce and its 1/3 full for a whole order of bread sticks it has enough sauce for maybe 1 bread stick. They never answer the phone when you call to order so you always have to order online. I've waited as long as 10 mins on the phone to order only for them to hang up on me when they finally answered called back and they did the same thing two more times so I just chose somewhere else to order pizza. They have terrible service, atmosphere is basically non existent and the only thing they have going for them is decent pizza when it isn't messed up which is pretty much 50/50
The fresh ingredients taste better than other big pizza chains and it tastes a lot better vs them with the leftovers.

Almost always good. If you are picking up they have it ready and fresh quickly. If you order delivery you may get it delivered through a third party (DoorDash) in which case you may want to have your oven set on low while you’re waiting for it. :)

I just work 15 hours could have turned left and went to Domino's but I turned right and went to Papa John's instead & I just spent $25 for a pizza and a eight-piece wings AND this is the worst Pizza I ever had.! I would have been better off going to Speedway an getting two slices of their nasty cardboard pizza off the tray of death for $3 I would of saved 22 dam dollars.... I'm pissed an its definitely the last dollar I spend in there
