They messed up our order. Holly, the manager, was rude she acted like this was an inconvenience for her. She told me to bring the wrong pizzas back for a remake. I did, and she checked them both herself. She proceeded to screw it up again. One pizza was right, and the other was a duplicate of the only correct pizza on my order. So, I had to wait even longer to get what I paid for. The fact that she is in charge is absolutely shocking. Also, while I was waiting for my 2nd remake, I heard a delivery driver telling the cashier about 2 other orders that were wrong and needed to be remade. There is no quality control. There were so many workers doing nothing. If maybe one of them was double-checking orders, they would not be wasting so much food. I thought it was weird to bring the food back. Most places give you the food when it is their mistake. The order was wrong, but at least my children would have something to eat while I drove back and waited for them to mess it up again. I will not be spending my money here anymore.

I am placed an order at 3 o’clock. They told me it would be here at 3:30. They charge my credit card and at 4:40. I called them because it wasn’t a year and they said it would be another 10 minutes at 5:30 I called it’s still not here. They said it was delivered and it wasn’t. This isn’t the first time that this has happened. I ended up not getting my food order the last time they gonna try to ship it out again, but I’m very disappointed in them and they never answer the phone. I’ve been calling and was on that automated thing for over 25 minutes trying to find out about.

Toppings are never all the way to the edge, and they are slim. If you order online or through DoorDash, the last pizza I received all of the toppings were in the middle. There were no toppings all the way around the pizza at the top

Everyone in there seems to get along really well and runs a smooth operation. As well the employee Jared seems to go above and beyond when helping customers! I also just absolutely love Papa John's pizza. If it's not the Papa's I don't want it!
Parking: It's got a few spots in front of the building. The greatest downside I'd say of this location is it's parking lot, since the strip mall it's in is older.

I ordered two pizzas for a Birthday party ? , and four minutes later I got a text my pizza was ready are u kidding me ? they could NOT have made fresh pizza in minutes I didn't even pick it up then I called over and over again and they would Not pick up they would pick up and then put me back on the recording they did it over and over again !!!. Is service really this bad and I'm not taking a pizza that was a mistake Do better Papa John's now I would never order from there . Very disappointed in this experience!! I have the screen shot if the order then when was ready it was 7 minutes seriously Papa John's fresh made and oven baked pizza in seven minutes!!! Unreal won't ever order from here has to go to Casanos pizza for fresh pizza tonight !

This is the worst papa johns we’ve ever been to. The time before this, we had an order delivered 45 mins past the scheduled time.Then this evening we picked up our carry out order. We requested extra sauce— our pizza barely had any sauce on it. And whoever cuts these pizzas needs to find a new job. (Pictured is a “slice” of an XL bbq pizza)We will be driving out of our way to go to the better locations next time.

Ordered my pizza at 5pm said it would be delivered by DoorDash at 5:50pm. Said dasher was on way to store to pick up order & two minutes later it says my order has been cancelled. It is now 6:30pm with no update! I try calling and only get advertisement! No one answers the phone here. Will not be ordering at this location any more! Terrible!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous! waited over 30 minutes past pickup time after ordering an hour ahead. everyone who works here deserves to be fired.
