Papa Johns Pizza

Placed a pickup order from this location for the 1st time yesterday and unfortunately had a couple of hiccups with my order. In their defense, they were extremely busy but with the price of eating out nowadays, it can be very frustrating when things aren't correct. The Manager (Ryan) could see that I was frustrated and stepped in to make things right, to which he did! Would like to extend a huge thank you to Ryan for his professionalism in handling this situation! I will definitely order from this location again, just because of him!

Didn't pick up food but am delivery driver for Uber and the guys Ryan and Steve that work there were so nice and treated me like a customer not an Uber driver! Very nice!!

Bad service rude employees and lairs too

Recently order one door dash , called to make sure my wings were well done . First employee answered placed me on hold just to be connected to an employee who seemed to have an attitude when i asked for my wings to be well done. I was told they’ll be well done and when i received them they in fact weren’t I’m highly disappointed. Luckily i have the proper kitchen aids at home to fix you alls mistake smh .

If I could give less than one star, I would... I have had terrible encounters at this store, but saturday morning takes the cake. I waited one and a half hours for my order, the store manager didn't care and was nasty with everyone that came in, then, when I got home, the pizza was flat as a piece of paper and terrible, i'm assuming they were using dough that was made thirty minutes prior... Once again he didn't care, he told the lady to issue three pizza credits on my account, I went to use them today, and he said they weren't there.I literally looked at him and said you were here on saturday when you issued them when I got those garbage pizzas, and he didn't give one care in the world. i'm assuming the district manager doesn't care either, by looking at all the terrible reviews. It's really not that hard to find people who do good work and care... There are so many pizza options in Ohio, you would think he would put a little effort in along with some professionalism and customer service....not here. Avoid this place at all cost.

Absolute horrible rude experience. Had to wait an hour for delivery and they never delivered it. I called and they put me on hold. After 15 minutes I called from my husband’s phone and they hung up. Called again no caller id and they put me on hold after telling them I’ve been on hold on my other phone for 25. Then they hung up and we got a text that they delivered to the wrong house and would deliver in a bit. Now it’s 7:45. Husbands goes down there to get a credit to our card and the “ manager” was rude and told the guy to make my husband wait to credit his card! I’m contacting that store owner. He needs to know his team sucks . Will never order papa John’s again

Genuinely terrible. They have not delivered our pizza twice delivering it to the wrong house which like how do you even do that? How lazy are you get? Better drivers get better employees like bro terrible service.

Order pizza at 7 :23 , walked in at 7:40 . Not person said anything to me . A mother customer walked in and was asked there name. I had to ask at 7:57 for help pizza had been setting there the entire time . Food cold when brought it home .

Walked in it's smelled a black mold that should have been my first sign got home everybody ate that night everybody had diarrhea for the last 3 days do not recommend eating here the dude at the cash register looked like he has not had a shower in 4 days do not eat here.

Won’t take cash because system is “down”

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, but when we got the pizza, it was freezing cold. We called them again and they brought us another pizza but when we went to the door, the driver had just thrown the pizza on the on the ground and drove off. He was rude and disrespectful to us and had really poor service. THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Terrible Customer Service! My pizza was delivered an hour late- of course it was cold! I called to have it remade and the driver rang the doorbell and threw my pizza on the ground! I will be contacted Corporate on Monday. I just took the pizza back and the manager’s first response is- “I’m going to call the police!” So your business thinks it’s alright to provide horrible service and now you want to the police involved because I question your lack of service!

Sends out coupons they don’t honor. It says $7.99 yet they keep telling me it’s $8.99.
