Won’t take cash because system is “down”
We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, but when we got the pizza, it was freezing cold. We called them again and they brought us another pizza but when we went to the door, the driver had just thrown the pizza on the on the ground and drove off. He was rude and disrespectful to us and had really poor service. THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Terrible Customer Service! My pizza was delivered an hour late- of course it was cold! I called to have it remade and the driver rang the doorbell and threw my pizza on the ground! I will be contacted Corporate on Monday. I just took the pizza back and the manager’s first response is- “I’m going to call the police!” So your business thinks it’s alright to provide horrible service and now you want to the police involved because I question your lack of service!

Sends out coupons they don’t honor. It says $7.99 yet they keep telling me it’s $8.99.

I was expecting an authentic American pizza but what I have got is a piece of bread with hard cheese on top.Looks like it's never been through the oven.

We normally receive a good pie, but not this time! It was below Luke warm, very little marinara & just all around distasteful. Threw 3/4 of it away. Won’t be ordering from there anytime soon.
