Given the last two reviews and this being the only bar within walking distance, thought Cowboys quite possibly an eclectic, unique, memorable experience. Yes sir, indeed. It is what you make it. They had about a bottle each of three mid-west micros I'd not heard of, all excellent. The one bottle of 11% stout did me, absolutely delicious and cannot remember the brand. The pinball and great jukebox (wide selection of Johnny Cash) capped the evening; did not play pool. A couple of most interesting perspectives from two local guys who grew up in biker gangs but have long since changed their ways. Was visiting a week from FL on business and walking the beautiful local paths every night. I love this place and will return.

Please fire Maggie she drugged me my first time ever coming out to this bar and tried to let bikers be all over me I know she got fired from that and stealing the first time, my friends watched and took me home safely thankfully

Called around 10pm to make sure they were open. We arrived ten minutes later to be told that they were closed. The owner was drunk and laying on a mattress with no socks or shoes on. I’ve heard this is the norm at that time and it’s definitely no way to be running a business.
