If you like Penn Station's food, this location is almost always on point. You'll wait for the food to be done, but no more than about other PS location. The inside is always clean, staff is kind and efficient. You won't regret stopping here.

This is what I would consider a top-tier Penn station. I actually live much closer to a different Penn station, but will drive an extra 10 minutes to get to this one. Large portions, great service, and today the worker came around with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for everyone! Really nice touch!

Haven't eaten there in a while and went to this one because it was on our route. My Chicken Parmesan with mayo & extra cheese added to the pizza sauce, onions, & mushrooms was amazing!!

Whoever the girl on the phone was must be mentally very slow. This is how the phone call went that made every person listening laugh:
My dad said the order is for Scott and the girl goes “Jack?” And he said “no Scott.” And she goes “how do you spell that???” And he nice and slow spelled “s c o t t” and she goes “how do you pronounce that? Scatt?” And he said “yeah” hoping to just get to ordering and ignore the fact she is obviously incompetent. Who pronounces “Scott” “scatt” He ordered two Philly cheese steak subs and she said “ok” and an Italian sub and she said “ok” and a club sandwich and she said “ok” and two large orders of fries” she said ok. He politely asked her if she could repeat the whole order to make sure we got everything and this girl SERIOUSLY said “a steak and club and fries” he chuckled and said it was two Philly cheese steaks and she said “I know” and he goes “did you get the Italian?” And she said yeah. That is so hilarious to me like wtffff. Then we get our sandwiches and as always there are missing items supposed to be on the sandwiches. This must be the hardest job on earth I guess because they always mess up so terribly lmao

The food that we got was salty as crap! It tastes so nasty.

Edit:

Went down hill. They are skimping on the toppings big time. No point in spend 13 dollars to just eat bread. I did see they were under new management since 2024 so I guess this is the byproduct.
