I cant even begin to explain how aweful the service is at penn station in bellbrooke. I ordered 2 dagwoods ans did the works my husband i did double the meat etc. I actually got bread cheese and bacon from them. When i call the manager katlyn was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I ended up driving up to penn station to show them the mess vrs my reciept and it was blamed on a computer issue. No im sorry, another crew member finds it necessary to come up and prove his point. In this day and age with all the options choose some where other than bellbrooke penn station.

Yummy subs & cookies! I usually grab dinner on the weekends. Great weekend staff! Hunter, Liam, Caitlyn, Ash, Georgia & Mo have always been friendly, professional & helpful!

Where did the steak go? Last two times I've ordered the cheesesteak and both times there was almost no meat. Not good.

It is a 50/50 chance that the food you order online will be correct. Order 4 sandwiches, wrap, salad, fries, 2 cookies, half gallon of sweet tea. One sandwich had no cheese, one had the wrong cheese, and another had mushrooms that belonged on a different sandwich. The salad was terrible. The next time I ordered, the food was great. Today, the cold sandwich I ordered was toasted which made the crust was really hard and the inside warm. I called and requested that it be remade and I will pick it up. The individual who answered said it was made right after looking up my order. I insisted it was not and asked again for it to be made correctly. He put the phone down and left me linger.

We came and ordered 4 sandwiches 2 of them was wrong I asked the manager to fix them and he argued with me saying they are fine the Pepsi was bad so I asked them to check it. He poured some in a cup and took a drink and told me that it was great when it was completely clear and taste like dirt so good luck with your trip I would say don’t waste your money at this one needs new management. The whole place was dirty

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Penn Station on Wilmington Pike in Bellbrook, Ohio. I placed an online order at 11:59 AM, received an email confirmation, and arrived at the store at 12:13 PM, expecting a smooth pickup. Unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth.

When I pulled up to the drive-thru, a young kid came to the door and asked for my name. After a couple of minutes, he returned and said they didn’t have an order for me. I showed him my confirmation email, confirmed the address of the location, and even offered my confirmation number. He said he would talk to the manager, but when he came back, he told me the manager was “too busy” and repeated that they didn’t have my order.

I insisted on speaking to the manager since I had already been charged for my meal and had all the proof. The kid went back inside and returned with, “If you want to talk to him, you have to come inside.” So, I parked my vehicle and went in.

To my disbelief, the manager was literally 10 steps away from the drive-thru window. I asked why he couldn’t take those 10 steps to talk to me instead of forcing me to come inside. He was completely dismissive and continued insisting they didn’t have my order. He even attempted to show me all the tickets above the grill as “proof.”

Then, as if by magic, he finally checked the printer—and guess what? My order was sitting right there! It was the very last ticket in the printer, with six or seven other tickets printed after it. This clearly meant mine was the first order to print, and it had been sitting there for quite some time.

Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, the manager seemed annoyed that I was right. He coldly told me, “Well, it’s gonna be a while.” By this point, it was approximately 12:18 PM—my order had been in for nearly 20 minutes, and nothing had been done.

This was an absolute masterclass in poor customer service. The staff showed zero urgency, accountability, or basic decency. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a fast-food establishment. I highly recommend avoiding this location if you expect even the slightest hint of professionalism or customer care.

Good subs, love the bread Penn station uses. Also really good cookies!

Their fries are the BEST! All of our sandwiches were toasty with melted cheese! Yum! Ordered online and picked them up.

1hr wait time in a fast food place explains why they get 1 star. Employees are not trained well.

First trip with my kids was great. The next day we went back the one of the sandwiches was burnt and half empty. They gave us a new sandwich. I would eat there again.

Food is good but their ordering, food making and order delivery processes are terrible. Staff was nice but seemed stressed out. A QSR system would be very fitting for this restaurant, opposed to having tickets all over the place.

We tried to use a buy one, get one offer last night. The order was placed online at 6 pm with a pickup time around 7 pm. When my husband went in at 7 pm he was told their online order system was down and they had no record of the order. He offered to show them the online receipt so they could still make the order since it had already been paid for and they said they couldn't do that. When he asked about getting a refund they took down his name and phone number and said they would call him. There was a large stack of names and numbers so I think the same thing happened to a large amount of people.

This low rating is for the corporate bosses. Stupid confusing online 2 for 1 offer. Making people wait 2 hours for their order. Unfair to your poor employees who paid the price of having to listen to all the complaints

We ordered online (using our buy 1, get 1 online only sub deal). It said the wait would be 57 min. So we arrived at the pickup time, and they informed us that their mobile system has been down ALL DAY. They apologized and said they just haven't been receiving the online orders. I asked if I could still get my food made. They said yes but that it'd be a long wait and that they would NOT honor the buy 1 get 1 deal because it's online only 😡.

So I asked for a refund (because I had already paid for it online). They said they can't refund me right now, but they took my name and number on a little scrap piece of scrap paper and said they'd call me back tomorrow to work on the refund. I couldn't believe it. I asked for corporate's number, and they just said that they would tell me to call the local store.

I LOVE their fries, and really enjoy their sandwiches too, but I will never go back. The service was unacceptable.

I have refrained for a while for writing this location a review because I love Penn Station however this location is a horrible representation of the brand when it comes to customer service.

Orders are consistently 20 mins behind schedule and often incorrect and made a hassle to correct.

Tonight’s theft by this store is the last straw for my family visiting this location.

We had placed an online order at 5:00pm with a 5:50pm pick up time and the order processed and had changed to an 8:00pm pickup after payment for our order placed at 5:00pm that was 5:50pm pickup. We called the restaurant several times but no one answered. So we went to the store at 5:50pm for our food and to explain the situation there was a line of people who had the same experience and they refused to process anyone’s order until the 8:00pm time there system created in error. They said they acknowledge it was a mistake on their end but they have no way to recall the order despite their error.

When asked about a refund on the order they stated they can not give refunds in store and to call cooperate. The number they gave for cooperate operates on business hours and says for customer service issues call the store as each store has its own owner.

So this store is refusing to correct their mistake and is offering no refund option currently. Frankly this is theft.
