The sandwiches are amazing, haven't been for awhile but they used to be a little pricey. But most things are now days. You get a huge thing of fries that are really good.

I cant even begin to explain how aweful the service is at penn station in bellbrooke. I ordered 2 dagwoods ans did the works my husband i did double the meat etc. I actually got bread cheese and bacon from them. When i call the manager katlyn was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I ended up driving up to penn station to show them the mess vrs my reciept and it was blamed on a computer issue. No im sorry, another crew member finds it necessary to come up and prove his point. In this day and age with all the options choose some where other than bellbrooke penn station.
Yummy subs & cookies! I usually grab dinner on the weekends. Great weekend staff! Hunter, Liam, Caitlyn, Ash, Georgia & Mo have always been friendly, professional & helpful!
Where did the steak go? Last two times I've ordered the cheesesteak and both times there was almost no meat. Not good.
It is a 50/50 chance that the food you order online will be correct. Order 4 sandwiches, wrap, salad, fries, 2 cookies, half gallon of sweet tea. One sandwich had no cheese, one had the wrong cheese, and another had mushrooms that belonged on a different sandwich. The salad was terrible. The next time I ordered, the food was great. Today, the cold sandwich I ordered was toasted which made the crust was really hard and the inside warm. I called and requested that it be remade and I will pick it up. The individual who answered said it was made right after looking up my order. I insisted it was not and asked again for it to be made correctly. He put the phone down and left me linger.
We came and ordered 4 sandwiches 2 of them was wrong I asked the manager to fix them and he argued with me saying they are fine the Pepsi was bad so I asked them to check it. He poured some in a cup and took a drink and told me that it was great when it was completely clear and taste like dirt so good luck with your trip I would say don’t waste your money at this one needs new management. The whole place was dirty
I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Penn Station on Wilmington Pike in Bellbrook, Ohio. I placed an online order at 11:59 AM, received an email confirmation, and arrived at the store at 12:13 PM, expecting a smooth pickup. Unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth.
When I pulled up to the drive-thru, a young kid came to the door and asked for my name. After a couple of minutes, he returned and said they didn’t have an order for me. I showed him my confirmation email, confirmed the address of the location, and even offered my confirmation number. He said he would talk to the manager, but when he came back, he told me the manager was “too busy” and repeated that they didn’t have my order.
I insisted on speaking to the manager since I had already been charged for my meal and had all the proof. The kid went back inside and returned with, “If you want to talk to him, you have to come inside.” So, I parked my vehicle and went in.
To my disbelief, the manager was literally 10 steps away from the drive-thru window. I asked why he couldn’t take those 10 steps to talk to me instead of forcing me to come inside. He was completely dismissive and continued insisting they didn’t have my order. He even attempted to show me all the tickets above the grill as “proof.”
Then, as if by magic, he finally checked the printer—and guess what? My order was sitting right there! It was the very last ticket in the printer, with six or seven other tickets printed after it. This clearly meant mine was the first order to print, and it had been sitting there for quite some time.
Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, the manager seemed annoyed that I was right. He coldly told me, “Well, it’s gonna be a while.” By this point, it was approximately 12:18 PM—my order had been in for nearly 20 minutes, and nothing had been done.
This was an absolute masterclass in poor customer service. The staff showed zero urgency, accountability, or basic decency. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a fast-food establishment. I highly recommend avoiding this location if you expect even the slightest hint of professionalism or customer care.

Good subs, love the bread Penn station uses. Also really good cookies!
Their fries are the BEST! All of our sandwiches were toasty with melted cheese! Yum! Ordered online and picked them up.

1hr wait time in a fast food place explains why they get 1 star. Employees are not trained well.
First trip with my kids was great. The next day we went back the one of the sandwiches was burnt and half empty. They gave us a new sandwich. I would eat there again.

Food is good but their ordering, food making and order delivery processes are terrible. Staff was nice but seemed stressed out. A QSR system would be very fitting for this restaurant, opposed to having tickets all over the place.
