Food is good but their ordering, food making and order delivery processes are terrible. Staff was nice but seemed stressed out. A QSR system would be very fitting for this restaurant, opposed to having tickets all over the place.
It is a solid Penn Station location. It is never dirty or disorganized and the staff are always helpful and kind.
Ultimately it is just a sandwich shop and its not fancy inside. It is a great place to takeaway from although I have eaten inside several times and it works well enough for that.
The food is excellent in terms of price to performance but some options are greasy. The fries are excellent.

My wife and I went there for lunch and had a great meal. The staff was very accommodating and professional! The subs are excellent! My wife always gets a mushroom and artichoke sub, which she can not get anywhere else.
Parking: Lots of free parking and very convenient to the restaurant!
