Afternoon on October 15 I visited the store on Brown street. One of the workers, probably the manager, spent his time talking to a friend who had come in to order. Finally came back to the register to take orders. Then went back to the table to continue his conversation. When I leave I walked past a lot of litter on the floor. Instead of socializing it would have been more appropriate to spend his time sweeping the floor to make the restaurant more presentable since he was not working.

Got two sandwiches, large fry and two Chocolate chip cookies. A $50 value 😏. Fries were undercooked and the cup was only a little over half full. Plus they forgot the cookies. Good job guys! 👏

Took my son and his friend for lunch and got great service from Peyton who was running the show entirely alone. Not only was he courteous, patient, and quick, he made the best sandwiches. We were really happy. It was a phenomenal experience.

The staff was pleasant but I ordered a sub to go and as soon as I got take a bite there’s pieces of hair stuck in my food. I never like to leave negative reviews but that was so disgusting and disappointing. Maybe better food care practices.

Stay away! Never had my food on time. Ordered ahead and saw multiple people whoe ordered after.i got there get their food ahead of me. Was late to an important event. After being 25 minutes late on my food they told me only 5 more minutes and 10 minutes later still no food

Out of my last 8 visits, 6/8 of the times they have messed up my order. I ask for no banana peppers or tomatoes, it is always included on the order, but the cook manages to mess it up almost every time. The only reason I keep coming is because i enjoy the subs more than other places, but this has seriously need to improve because its too constant of a mess up. The cook needs to read the orders before making the sandwich.
Food service is a part of the cost, and the service really needs improved. I'm tired of disassembling my sandwiches before eating them, it's unbelievably messy.
