Stay away! Never had my food on time. Ordered ahead and saw multiple people whoe ordered after.i got there get their food ahead of me. Was late to an important event. After being 25 minutes late on my food they told me only 5 more minutes and 10 minutes later still no food

Out of my last 8 visits, 6/8 of the times they have messed up my order. I ask for no banana peppers or tomatoes, it is always included on the order, but the cook manages to mess it up almost every time. The only reason I keep coming is because i enjoy the subs more than other places, but this has seriously need to improve because its too constant of a mess up. The cook needs to read the orders before making the sandwich.
Food service is a part of the cost, and the service really needs improved. I'm tired of disassembling my sandwiches before eating them, it's unbelievably messy.

I tell you what, this place just keep getting better. Josh the manager here, cares about this place like it’s his own! We travel to this specific location just because the food is always on point! I came earlier in the day both subs had stuff messed up on them i come back later in the evening to get it replaced and they told me i could only get one remade when they told me both.. Will not be coming back
Before I placed my DoorDash order I called asking if they could put teriyaki sauce on my Philly cheese steak and the lady rudely told me no and hung up the phone. So before placing my order I found out that they have a founders special which is exactly what I wanted. Once my order came they left out the teriyaki sauce on purpose and didn’t provide me the extra meat I paid for.
This individual and this location make penn station look like a JOKE. My hometown penn station would NEVER.

First time visit on a business lunch and it was a pretty good little place to grab some lunch. Despite how busy they were, food came out quickly but quality wasn't compromised. The lady at the counter was very animated and her vibe was awesome!

Well the lady that helped us was not very friendly or nice... Didn't ask sizes in anything just assumed then when brought to attention we wanted bigger drink sizes she got rude ... Not to mention the 10$ wraps.... The size is pathetic and unbelievable that it was 10$ for a few bites of the turkey then just tortilla after that. Will not be going again.
