I don’t write reviews, I work in the food service industry, and twice in 2 weeks my order was either missing something or the wrong sub was in the bag. Mistakes happen I get it but back to back visits? Probably means this happens a lot won’t be back until staff competency is changed.

The person that took are order was really rude. I'll never eat at this place again. I had a BLT and small fries. The fries were over cooked. The sandwich was dry. With three pieces of bacon. On a regular sandwich... Most of all the person taking the order was so rude, so never coming back and the young lady needs to stop wearing gloves and then mess with her hair. Nasty. And they need to clean that place up....

To the credit of the 3 employees managing a very busy Friday night, by University of Dayton, with a Basketball game going on, the food was delicious! Artichoke and philly Cheesesteak, with food-amazing. Understandably, they were so busy that they couldn't get out to refill ketchup or straws, but when told, got it out to the customers quickly. Get those three a raise and more help!

Penn Station is usually very good and worth the extra over other sub places…. But not this location. Choose another Penn Station to enjoy your meal.We went 1/6 for lunch, fries were not hot. The teriyaki chicken sub was good, but not its best. The dining area was chilly, the bathroom was not clean.Just skip this location, leave it for the college kids.

OVERALL:You will have great food, but they're a business (and hum0ns), and some times mistakes happen - so, like anywhere, check your bag before you leave.PROS:The food is always tasting great and fresh.Staff is polite and always working hardNEUTRAL:Order ahead, great food takes time - I don't consider this fast food, so expect a small wait if you didn't order online.CONS:When you walk in, you will probably be ignored for a bit - they're working, I get it - but one of the 4-5 people just saying, "Hey, welcome!" or "We'll be right with you," would make it less uncomfortable than staring and wondering what to do.I ordered ahead of time so I went to the end to grab it. The guy never asked my name and made 2x more subs... turns out, mine was done and wrapped the entire time. I waited an extra 10 mins for no reason and my sub was luke warm by then.Second time it's happened, but I asked for no mushrooms, and they gave me some HEEPING mushies last night and a TON of pizza sauce with zero napkins.Last night was the first time I didn't finish a Penn Station Cheesesteak in my entire life because it was all mushrooms, pizza sauce, and bread.Again, 95% of the time, you'll have a great experience here, but they're hum0n, stuff happens. So for that reason, 4 of 5 stars - they're pretty consistent but they've messed up my order a couple times.Parking: College town - either park on the side of the building or behind it. Plenty of spots behind there.

This crew really delivered! When our go-to dinner spot across the street closed down 45 minutes early, this place had our backs. Everyone was very kind and didn’t mind that we came in late. Shout out to Keifer and the other two staff whose names I didn’t get. Your service is much appreciated!

Did a mobile order and it wasn't ready for over 15 minutes past the designated time. Otherwise, great tasting food.

Terrible customer service. Waited close to an hour for a cheesesteak and the place was not busy. Will never go back to this
