Wasn't welcomed or a hello or ill be right with you. It was empty google said not busy but the lady was making food understand for online. But at lease say hello as we waiting she was making food and seen she had one glove on that was using the spatchula the other hand with no glove was touching all the food. I was distracted and walked out.

I ordered to pickup my order on DoorDash. I arrived 20 minutes later and they told me they had accidentally given my order to someone else picking up an order. I heard one girl ask the other if there had been another order with the name Jordan and they said no. Later they tried to tell me my order had been stolen and then after that they said they had given it to someone picking up with the same name as mine. Then Justin was rude in his communication to me that it would be another 20 minutes for my order because they were going to have to remake it. When I got home I saw they had given me the sub I ordered but the 2nd sub I ordered for my mom which was a large cheesesteak was not in the bag, instead there was a small sub with just chicken and cheese on it. I called the store and talked to Jessica and Sierra and whoever was the second one I talked to was rude and also told me there’s nothing they can do and to contact DoorDash. Very bad customer service

Worst food ever. I ate inside, the sub was a greasy mess, and the fries were horrible, they were cold and undercooked. The guy that took my order had a hard time putting my order in. He looed hateful and you could tell he didn't wan t to work.

Showed up for online order. Order not ready. Fries are undercooked. Couldn't get anyone to come to the counter to help. Poor service. Foods normally good here, but very disappointed this go round.

Ordered a salad with turkey breast bacon and ranch for pickup. I got the smallest serving size of ranch that was completely missed in every bite. The salad itself was completely covered in slimy turkey breast that tasted like metal and next to the probably expired turkey was a single small piece of bacon.

Originally I wasn’t going to complain because I know that I ordered a salad from a sandwich shop (my mistake) but when I took a sip from my lemonade a seed from the lemon launched itself to the back of my throat!!

Absolutely unacceptable, it shows a lack of care from the staff and a lack of quality control from management. Not sure when or IF I will ever order from Penn Station again.
