Waited over 30min. Went through pick up drive through to receive my food that was supposed to be ready at time of arrival. Manger couldn't care less. Don't expect service unless you go in then enjoy the long wait. Next time I want a sub it will not be from here or this company

sandwich just had soooo much onion. just a whole mouthful of onion in every bite. 5 hours later and i can’t get the taste of onions out of my mouth and the pungent smell lingers in my nostrils.

A while back I got the Philly cheesesteak and I noticed there wasn’t that much meat on it. I thought it was maybe a one off. I just got done with a Dagwood and I don’t think it had any more meat than Subway puts on theirs. And Subway is four dollars cheaper. I’m not trying to compare the two, I just think they’ve cut back on their ingredients. I know I’m not going back.
Good quick sandwich shop!

The food is always delicious and fairly priced
And the owner / manager bent over backwards to rectify a simple mistake
A deftly handled problem makes all the difference

Good food. Exceptional service. Didn’t get my fries but it was insanely busy so I didn’t bother to ask for them.

Frankly one star is too much for the chicken artichoke wrap I could only spit out one bite of and the mayo on it which I didn't order was sour. There was barely any chicken or artichoke on it and it as well as the fries and the wrap itself were greasy and odd tasting from the stale grill grease. I've never had a greasy wrap from being grilled a bit in my life. I will never return to this Penn Station botany other. Talk about an unhealthy choice!

I have been to many locations across the Dayton area. By far, the Kingsridge Dr location is the best in my opinion. We come here often and ALWAYS have good service. The bread is always soft and fresh. Fries are never over cooked. The Cheesesteaks are amazing. When Dorian is on the grill they are out of this world. You HAVE to come to this location. The service is top notch. The staff is always friendly and treat you like royalty.

The food was terrible at this location. I've never seen a sandwich so dry. Do better with the food and customer service!!!!This location is very skimpy on the meat. We ordered two chicken teriyaki sandwiches and they had nothing on them. The cashier nor cook did not properly hear that we wanted mushrooms and onions on the sandwich. They did not offer to remake our sandwiches and then just threw some onions and banana peppers on the grill when we specifically asked for mushrooms too. Why show up to work if you cannot pay attention to detail. Never coming back to this location.
