Penn Station East Coast Subs

Worst food ever. I ate inside, the sub was a greasy mess, and the fries were horrible, they were cold and undercooked. The guy that took my order had a hard time putting my order in. He looed hateful and you could tell he didn't wan t to work.

Showed up for online order. Order not ready. Fries are undercooked. Couldn't get anyone to come to the counter to help. Poor service. Foods normally good here, but very disappointed this go round.

It’s sad that a $10 Italian gets you two slices pepperoni two slices salami and a slice of ham.

Ordered a salad with turkey breast bacon and ranch for pickup. I got the smallest serving size of ranch that was completely missed in every bite. The salad itself was completely covered in slimy turkey breast that tasted like metal and next to the probably expired turkey was a single small piece of bacon.

Originally I wasn’t going to complain because I know that I ordered a salad from a sandwich shop (my mistake) but when I took a sip from my lemonade a seed from the lemon launched itself to the back of my throat!!

Absolutely unacceptable, it shows a lack of care from the staff and a lack of quality control from management. Not sure when or IF I will ever order from Penn Station again.

We have come to love Penn station subs this is our closest location so obviously our most visited. Never have we been disappointed, maybe wondered why this time the mayo is in excess or is there hardly any lettuce etc.. consistency could be worked in. Sammich are always good and craveable enough to be back. Like that we can order in a salad to help with keto meals when that’s our goal.
They are always busy and perhaps that’s the why consistency lacks from time to time.
