Staff is always pleasant, and the manager ALWAYS cooks my chicken cheesesteak to perfection....highly recommend this place

My experience is usually decent here. On my second visit, however, with a coworker for lunch, I was alarmed when I unwrapped my sandwich and dumped my fries only to discover a strand of hair in my food! I was completely grossed out and ended my meal right then and there.

I love their food but the old lady that works here and took my order was super rude to me and the other customer that came in. Never would come here again! I don’t know the lady name but who ever was working today dec 6th at 926pm. Needs terminated how she is treating people.

Absolute total lack of customer service. Placed an online order for pick up. Arrived at the proper time. Stood at order pick up area. The store was not by any means busy. I was ignored for 10 minutes while others were waited on. This particular Pen Station appears to only cater to a select clientele.

I explained to the man that the code for who dey was not working on the Internet website they didn’t try to help. They didn’t try to give me a discount. That’s why I came to the store. For the discount, but no problem I paid for everything in full told the girl I was in a rush had drop of one of the subs then drive all the way to Lebanon, Ohio and she intentionally left one of the subs out the bag when I called back they said come back I never said who I was once I got there. The guy was like oh your Miss Green well, can we offer you a lemonade or a cookie no, you can offer me my food in the bag like it was supposed to be and me not having to make an extra trip back to a store that I already left now my fries cold now my food cold

The cook was rocking, but the other staff are terrible. I place an online order, pull up to curbside pickup, ring the bell, get ignored, walk in, my order that I placed online said it would be ready at 7:07, I got my food finally 30 minutes later. They offered me a free drink and fries for my wait, I said sure and instead of giving me already cooked fries clearly in the pan, the cashier put a new load of fries in the frier after I was handed my bag. I said I'm not waiting anymore and left. Everyone else in the restaurant was clearly angry as well. I order from here often and this is not an uncommon experience.
