It took an employee 10 minutes to put my order in a bag and give it to me. It was all ready, just sat there until someone realized it just needed to be put in a bag and handed over.
Second, most of the employees were not wearing hair nets or hats. Nor were they using gloves while handling food.

I want to rate this place higher, but it is poorly managed. Online order times are not adjusted according to the volume of business they experience. Delays of 20 to 30 minutes beyond when they tell you to pick up are the norm. They do not respect their customers.

Hands down best penn station ive ever had. The food was amazing, they followed my directions and could not be happier with the service. Only complaint, tables and floors were kind of dirty considering there was a lot of staff standing around. Im on crutches so any spills can be dangerous for me. Other than that everything was fresh & great. Will be back

I always enjoy the food but this time my wife and I went for lunch. While at counter trying to place order, we could not hear the person taking orders because there was a boom box setting beside him blasting at the cooks on the grill. It was completely rude and unprofessional. Next time we go, and music is like that we have both agreed to just turn around and go to submarine house across street instead. Wife ended up with sandwich that was not as ordered since no on including employee could hear .
Managers need to stop letting employees do this, Customer service is gone

Update: hoping this was an outlier, but we waited thirty (30!) minutes for two cheese steak sandwiches. That is too long for a QSR.
Philly steak and cheese is our favorite, but their chicken salad comes in a close second. (yes, chicken salad). The kids love their cookies.
Staff were hard workers I don't think they stopped cooking or cleaning the whole time.
Staff is nice and service was fast!
I found this location to be quite satisfactory, especially after visiting another location and having a less than stellar experience. Service was fast, food was good, and an employee even checked on me to see if my food was alright before I left. Whoever is managing this franchise is doing something right. Promote now!
The service this day was not the best. I think the guy helping us forgot he was at work when we placed our order over the phone.
