We always SQUEAL with delight when our POTM deliveries arrive because they always contain the correct items and those "items" are simply the very best, most excellent, truly terrific, juicy, tender, delicious food! It is hard to decide on a "favorite" because they are all favorite - ribs, bacon, smoked pulled chicken, pulled pork, roasted root vegetables - because our favorite is usually the one we are using to stuff ourselves like pigs at the moment we are asked which one is our favorite.Our orders always arrive frozen in a cooler an the day we request them to be delivered.We love Pig of the Month!

Excellent Barbecue!! The Prime Rib during the holidays was to die for. It melted in our mouths when we enjoyed for NY Eve as the meal. Later we made French dip sandwiches ? and they were awesome. We will definitely be ordering again!!

I found the company on the internet and it was a great fing!The collards were great and the ribs were the best I ever had!We completed the meal with a sweet potato dish.Everyone was really happy with the meal.The next morning we had the candied bacon with biscuits.My only regret is I didn’t buy more of everything!I will be a customer for life!Its a fantastic company!

The ribs we got were so good the pink smoke ring was almost all the way through it fell off the bone and the brisket was very flavorful it was a big hit with everyone. We also ordered the smoked turkey breast it was so juicy by far the best we have ever order

Pig of the Month is a delight. Surprise packs of an incredibly variety of bacon - trying the Apple Pie Bacon this morning. It's wonderfully packaged with dry ice (which is fun from a science-experiment perspective for my kids) and has never given us problems thawing even in 90+ degree days. The price is high - but I think the overall value proposition is there, and we really enjoy looking forward to the deliveries. They have also been really helpful/flexible if we needed to skip a shipment due to family issues or travel - great customer service.
