I placed my order on 12/6 at 7:14 pm. On the app, I was told my ETA would be 8:08 pm, which is fine. My order didn’t start getting “prepared” until 8:30 ish. I called the store at 8:30 to ask for an update and I was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. My pizza didn’t arrive until 8:52, almost 2 hours after placing my order. I understand it can get busy, but I did not receive any updates about my order, nor was I physically able to reach out to the store to see what was going on. I wouldn’t have minded so much if someone would have reached out to be w/ an update. It seems like there’s a serious management/staffing issue at this location.
When I received my order, my food arrived cold upon delivery. Also, when I received my root beer I noticed it was expired. It makes me question the expiration dates on their other products and ingredients they use. I’ve tried reaching out to Pizza Hut’s support team to request a refund, but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone via email either, it’s very disappointing.

Ordered take out dessert from here, was texted it was ready and got to store wasn't even started. Waited over 30 minutes and there were 4 others doing the same. Terrible service and not even close to enough employees for the weekend. Will never order from here again. It's embarrassing

Ordered a pizza it's been two hours and was finally notified by door dash my order was picked up tried to call it put me at a call center who tried to forward me to the store and the store never answered
Ordered ahead, was told it'd be ready at 6:48p. I did not receive my food until 7:20. Several others waited roughly that long, too. Similar wait time when I last ordered here several months ago, so this is a persistent issue. There were maybe two people working both times. The owner's rich, yet they refuse to get more workers or keep them there.

My food took over an hour and was wrong TWICE. I ordered delivery and had to go get it myself because no one at the store would answer the phone and tell me what was wrong/why it took so long
I ordered one cheese and one sausage both had sausage and were made terribly and extremely dry my food was cold even tho I had to wait on my order if I wasn’t already far away i would’ve took a the nasty stuff back workers looked like they ain’t even know what they was doing nothing was done right

This rating is dependent upon which Pizza Hut visited I did two yesterday. I first went to the one inside the Northtown Center which look like it was ready for a gang war I had to leave my order there because even though it was supposed to be ready it was still 25 minutes out from being ready. I replaced my order at the Pizza Hut on Harshman Road. By the time I got from the Pizza Hut in the North End to the one on Harshman Road my order was ready and it was correct. The young man at the counter was very helpful. Just stay away from the Pizza Hut inside the Northtown center located on Main Street in Dayton
