My food took over an hour and was wrong TWICE. I ordered delivery and had to go get it myself because no one at the store would answer the phone and tell me what was wrong/why it took so long

I ordered one cheese and one sausage both had sausage and were made terribly and extremely dry my food was cold even tho I had to wait on my order if I wasn’t already far away i would’ve took a the nasty stuff back workers looked like they ain’t even know what they was doing nothing was done right

I ordered a pizza for pickup waited an hour for it to be ready for me to go in and they claimed someone else picked it up under my first and last name when I’m not even from Dayton Ohio customer service is horrible ! They Instantly has an attitude with everybody in there .

This rating is dependent upon which Pizza Hut visited I did two yesterday. I first went to the one inside the Northtown Center which look like it was ready for a gang war I had to leave my order there because even though it was supposed to be ready it was still 25 minutes out from being ready. I replaced my order at the Pizza Hut on Harshman Road. By the time I got from the Pizza Hut in the North End to the one on Harshman Road my order was ready and it was correct. The young man at the counter was very helpful. Just stay away from the Pizza Hut inside the Northtown center located on Main Street in Dayton

The food was awful ordered. A stuffed crust had no cheese on it was burnt the boneless wings were awful and didn’t have no dipping sauce with it I’ll never order from there again

I ordered a xl pizza with double pepperoni, and 3 garlic butters. I was sent ranch. I'm reviewing here because the website doesn't ever work unless you're actually ordering. To actually get ahold of the store is a nightmare. I have nothing good to say about this experience. Zero (0) stars if I could. Like how hard is it to call a customer and say hey I'm out of this do you want this instead and when I say no just take it off. I paid in cash so it's not like it would have messed up anything in their systems. Get it together.

We order from the North Main Street Pizza Hut on occasion, and tonight was excellent! We got a Large Stuffed Crust with 5 items, and boy, was it good, utter perfection!!! Our best experience in many years (22 years) 👍👏😊
