Very rude unprofessional and also the pizza was very unprofessional as well they didn't have enough pepperoni and on top of that lack of all the way done and tasted like it wasn't even cooked so please people save your money go to a different location cuz this one ain't it good luck to you people because that was the nastiest pizza I ever put in my mouth in a very long time and the service wouldn't even that good very rude and never on time. š„ā¹ļøš š

This is by far the worst store in the entire chain. Thereās no care or even consistency in the preparation of the product which undoubtedly leads to the poor quality of the food. A person dying of starvation wouldnāt digest the type of waste these people are putting out to the community that supports them. I donāt want anything from them. Thereās no need for a replacement. Iām content in knowing that Iām expressing my complete and utter disgust on a platform in which my complaints can be heard by the consumers. Hopefully this message will lead to the inevitable consequences this store should face.

Last Friday September 27th, I called Pizza Hut and placed a $50 order (W 3rd St, Dayton, OH location). Apparently, Pizza Hut uses an overseas call center now. They took my order, but I never received it. I called the call center back several times that day, and every time a different call center representative gave me a later time for delivery, but yet my order never came. At one point, the call center transferred me to the local store, but the call rang and rang and rang, no one ever answered. The last time I called the call center that day I requested a refund, so they gave me an 800 customer service number to call. I called that number, but it only offered to transfer me to the local store who again never answered. So, I went to pizzahut.com and sent Pizza Hut a message. They immediately sent me an automated email confirming that they had received my request for communication, but still to this day no one has ever called me, emailed me, nor refunded me. The $50 charge for pizza is still pending on my bank account. Since Pizza Hut clearly does not care to do the right thing, I will dispute the charge through my bank once the charge finally stops pending. Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorite pizza establishments, but I will never order from them again. I feel scammed.

My food never even showed up I ordered over $30 worth of food and it never came! I ordered at 947 and there delivery stops at 10 and they close at 11 so when it was supposed to be here in 31 min so then I called to check on my order and my phone number didn't even match the number to check my food can't get through to any one at the store to see what the problem was...so now it's 11:11 at night I have no food to eat because I waited for them to deliver my food and everything is now closed so thanks pizza but for the worst customer service ever didn't even deliver the product unreal..

Every time my fiance and me has been to this location it is always so good and so fresh right down the street is a KFC in I have waited 45 minutes for my food I don't even go to KFC no more what is Pizza Hut blows everybody out of the water when it comes to consistency and fresh food thank you guys keep up the good work so good
