this is the worst pizza hut around, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION GO TO THE ONE ON MAIN STREET. they do not care about their customers, very rude and unhelpful. i had order a delivery at 10:45 pm and by the time the food arrived it was 11:55 pm, genuinely all of the food was made wrong and they forgot our sauce cups. we tried to call that night and they didn’t answer so we called in the morning and they refused a refund or credit, i would rather run a marathon barefoot through glass fields than have to talk to these people again. there was an easy solution to our problem and they would rather be rude and refuse a refund even though we’ve been loyal customers to the franchise for years. very disappointing 👎

I’m here now still waiting 40 mins later and was told PU in 15. Smh. I even asked when I came in if it hasn’t bn made I’d just cancel and told me it’d b ready any minute lol. 30 mins later I’m still here.

Order at 21:33 Friday night 2-21-25 pickup supposedly pan pizza supreme and this is what I got. It doesn't look like a pan looks like a regular pizza it does have all the toppings of supreme does but it's not the shape of a pan or deep dish

Someone raggedy, who didn't have their hair up or hat on, discarded their long red hair in our pizza. They didn't even charge for an extra topping

It was great. Very kind staff. They knew I was in my car and when the food was done they brought it out. I was very happy with everything.

I called after spending $29.98 to let them know the,pizza,was over cooked and there was no cheese in the crust. The manager or Gm , she called herself both. Said she made it and that I was lying. I said you must not want my business, and she said they didnt need it. Wow right...So I called corporate and am,waiting for there call back.
I used to be a regular at the Hut. However their food quality has gone downhill. The pan pizza used to be practically 2 inches thick and now it's nothing more than a hand tossed. Side by side they look exactly the same. And adding the tip option on the checkout online and in store for doing what they get paid for? They're not delivering to my house, or my table(no inside dining anymore) just handing it to me at the counter.
