Order at 21:33 Friday night 2-21-25 pickup supposedly pan pizza supreme and this is what I got. It doesn't look like a pan looks like a regular pizza it does have all the toppings of supreme does but it's not the shape of a pan or deep dish

I called after spending $29.98 to let them know the,pizza,was over cooked and there was no cheese in the crust. The manager or Gm , she called herself both. Said she made it and that I was lying. I said you must not want my business, and she said they didnt need it. Wow right...So I called corporate and am,waiting for there call back.

I used to be a regular at the Hut. However their food quality has gone downhill. The pan pizza used to be practically 2 inches thick and now it's nothing more than a hand tossed. Side by side they look exactly the same. And adding the tip option on the checkout online and in store for doing what they get paid for? They're not delivering to my house, or my table(no inside dining anymore) just handing it to me at the counter.
Very disrespectful! So I ordered pizza for carry out the other day everything went well and I even tipped them , something I don’t do for places like this unless I’m getting served . Today I called for delivery and asked to see if they could deliver to my house this guy with an accent picked up and when I gave him my address he went " uuuuhh " and hung up so I thought it was the phone not working giving him the benefit of the doubt and I call back , they picked up and hung up . So rude ! It’s easy to just say " we don’t deliver there " even though my house is literally 7 MINUTES AWAY FROM THEM! Not ordering from here again!

Poor app experience. Couldn't place the order, tried for 30 mins, now we are at the restaurant placing the order in person. Everything looked fine but my email address was greyed out. It repeatedly asked for my full contract info which I tried to provide repeatedly. Frustrating to say the least!
