GM made sure I received GREAT SERVICE. I had tried to order via phone with their call center and the call dropped before the order was completed. I called back and placed another order. A few minutes later my phone rings and it's from the local store on Harshman. They explained there were two orders in the system and they were working on the first one already. He canceled my second order for me. He was proactive to make sure I got great service and didn't have two orders. Courteous, professional and on top of his orders. I was very impressed. Great job!

Last night I ordered 1 large pizza late and it was amazing. The manager who was working 7/23 really does a great job every time I deal with him.

Drivers need to check delivery instructions. Delivered around 11:55 pm and I said in all caps DO NOT KNOCK, and they rang the doorbell. It had all 3 dogs going crazy, which woke up two children under 3. I regret the fat $5 tip I left. Terrible. Learn to read and do better.

In order from here a lot and this is the first time I received a pizza that wasn’t fresh. It looked as though it had been sitting out for a good couple hours and the Cinnabons weee dry also. The rest of food wa ok

Total chaos no management no customer service will never be back
We ordered over phone the special buy 1 get 1 free. We paid with debit card driver shows up wanting me to pay cash started arguing over it we only got 1 pizza suppose to be 2. Got manager on she got driver(doordash) straight and said she would have other pizza here soon as possible. My wife in wheelchair was here I went to store, she never heard driver of 2nd pie, neighbor lady said he threw pizza down on porch and left. We order from here 5 or 6 times a month. Not any more. Last time they bbq on our pizza couldn't eat it(allergies). Shotty deliver drivers and poor craftsmanship.

I don't know what happened (possible change in management/staff) but the past 3 to 4 times I've ordered from this pizza hut I've been disappointed. I will not be ordering from this location if I ever order Pizza Hut again. I ordered two 8 piece boneless chicken wings and a large one topping pizza. The wings were overcooked and one had way too much sauce while the other had none. I learned to check the wings before leaving so they added sauce. I couldn't eat the wings or the pizza. I need to call and get a refund or store credit. I'm not one to complain but when money is tight and I paid for food I couldn't eat, that is too much wasted.

I am so disappointed I asked for extra sauce on wings and to make sure both my orders went thru and I was trying to explain what I was needing for 10 minutes it felt like to be told they just a call center I sat 20 minutes it felt like just to get thru to the store the lady that finally did answer was rude and told me she was busy and didn't have time to be on the phone with me. I was just trying to see if both orders made it and that the wings would have extra sauce and after I said that she said so just tell me what order do I need to cancel. I NEVER said anything about canceling any order but she clearly didn't want my business sad poor customer service skills I spend almost $50 every time I order I don't deserve to be talk to like that at all. Now I feel forced to take my money and my business else where CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IS A MUST AT THIS JOB YOU DONT HAVE IT FIND ANOTHER JOB PLEASE
Why is the company open until midnight if they don't do orders after 1130? I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service of this restaurants.
