How can this be an actual restaurant business? Two disgustingly awful "pizzas". A pan pizza with no toppings, super small at 14 inches for 27 dollars? A thin and crispy that was not crispy, had virtually no sauce or cheese. It literally tasted like cardboard. All for the low price of 52 dollars. What a freaking disgrace. Never, ever again. They really should be ashamed of themselves to serve this absolute garbage.

Wednesday night we ordered the 2 med one topping pizza's, the said it would take approximately 35 min . An hour and 15 min later they show up , one pizza is wrong ,and the other was burnt so bad from the crust in about 2 inches.. I would have never served that pizza to anyone... I placed a delivery order and was given a range of time of delivery. Then I got an email with an exact time of delivery. Three minutes AFTER the time it was promised in that email, I got a text that they had JUST ordered a doordash delivery person. I immediately called the store. The guy who answered admitted he forgot to order the doordasher when he began the order, so my order sat there awhile waiting to be picked up. He never even apologized, just kept saying "I understand" when I expressed my frustration. Finally my order arrived 30+ minutes after they said it would be delivered. When I opened the box, my pizza was lukewarm and even worse, it was WRONG. This has been one of my worst pizza delivery experiences ever.

Ordered a pizza and wings. Was quoted a time. I tracked the order and it was "out for delivery" for over 30 minutes. Food arrived cold. Had to talk to 4 different people to get a refund. First manager I talked to I explained what happened he said nothing just put me on hold. Didn't say "let me put you on hold" just clicked me over to house music. 2nd manager issued a refund but by then I was pretty frustrated. This is the second time in a row that I've had this happen. I literally live right down the street! I'll be ordering Jets pizza or cassanoes from now on. NFairfield location is terrible.
Fast hot food, friendly employee. Only 1 table though. Will be back!

I just picked up my order to go at the beavercreek ohio location 1/6/2024 at 5:35 pm . I specifically told them I wanted traditional wings not boneless and this is what I received. Boneless wings with no sauce, plus the wings were terrible. This is completely unacceptable. The two pizzas we got were terrible as well. No sense in getting a credit when the food was disgusting.
