This is my first time and last time ordering from here. I ordered the MY HUT BOX and all I can say is wow! The pizza is so small that it's an appetizer at best and the wings I got were old and hard with barely any sauce on them. I definitely won't be ordering again from Pizza Hut.

Look if you've eaten at any fast food chain you know that the food quality is based on the crew that makes it. You know what the recipes will taste like if you've ever eaten at their locations before.The thing that makes the difference is the people working there, and the crew they have at the time of this review is awesome. Sarah is a fabulous manager and the other folks I've interacted with there are great too- none of them are just 'doing the minimum', they all put effort into making the food good and it shows. I eat at this one a lot since it's close to work and I will continue to do so while they rock this awesome team. Hope you guys see this, y'all are awesome.Also, this part of the review isn't about this location but rather Pizza Hut at large: Pizza Hut has a bafflingly terrible website in 2024. Their web team can and should do better. Don't make the cool crews on the ground work harder because y'all can't make your website function.

Beware! While eating a pizza from here I bit into something hard and chipped a tooth. Pulled out the object to find out it was a literal rock in my pizza. I called to get an explanation and spoke with the assistant manager Sarah I believe and was told to call back the next day to speak with the manager Chris. I called back the next day spoke with Chris and was told I needed to speak with the district manager. He took my number and I was told I would receive a call in a couple of days which never came. I didn’t get any explanation or even an apology from the two different managers I spoke with. Not to mention the fact I had to throw away nearly an entire pizza. I was eating this pizza with my 3 year old daughter who thankfully didn’t find it or else this would have been escalated. All I wanted was a simple explanation and to bring to light there could be an issue with an employee or a product they are using. Will never order from this establishment ever again.

I just had Micheal as my driver and he was the sweetest thing ever! He said hey to the kids, and let me know how much he appreciated our order tonight. Absolutely went above and beyond with service and kindness, will definitely be looking forward to continuing our orders with this particular store.
