This place has the most horrible customer service ever! They are disrespectful from the higher management on down to the crew members! They are disrespectful and has nothing but horrific attitudes!! They talk to you rudely, and even when you make a report to the manager about order being messed up they gets an attitude with you and snap on you like your the problem!! Stephanie, Rebecca and their crew members are the worst employees i have ever come encounter with!! They need to do some rehiring and get better management in there cause the route they are going they will continue to lose customers! They still havenāt got my situation resolved and got an attitude with me in the emails instead of showing good customer service they were disrespectful!! Good food but bad service!!!

I usually donāt write reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I went to Playa with friends who order the exact same thing every time, made the same way. Unfortunately, some of the employees donāt listenāand then become rude when we try to correct the order.
They repeatedly made my friendās drink wrong, and then made mine with coconut milk after I specifically asked for oat milk. Not only did they charge me for oat milk, but they still made my drink with coconut milk. When I pointed this out, the employee just stared at me as if she didnāt understand.
To make matters worse, the man cutting fruit took out his phone while still wearing the gloves he had been using to handle the fruit. He texted, put his phone back in his pocket, and then went right back to cutting fruitāstill wearing the same gloves. That is completely unsanitary.
We will not be returning to this location.

I got an acai bowl and it was Disgusting! the aƧaĆ was still frozen chucks and the granola is horrible to me.. the services was iffy and I also got oatmeal it was just so bland .. never going back again smoothie king my personal favorite.
