Saw two roaches one was the size of my hand. I have worked at a bowling alley and traveled to many others never seen a roach in my life at one. Also don’t normally leave reviews but my friends tell me they recently renovated so idk why they’d still have a roach infestation. Will not be coming back.

Very unpleasant attitude from both staff members on evening of 11/11/25 a large group of 9 people spending $ on food and drinks made to feel super uncomfortable. Definitely not how you should do business and most certainly won't return

Poelking Lanes Wilmington “The Poelking Lane” has done an amazing job remodeling ! The entire experience now makes you feel like you’re in your own little private alley! Great job from management to staff to the Poelking family for valuing their customers enough to sink the money into the experience! Staff was amazing from the counter young man to the younge lady in cafe/ bar to the manager who said hello as soon as I walked in. Great job everyone!
No complaints. The price was good and employees were helpful. The lanes were also in good shape.

My co-workers and I had a great time. The pizzas were good and cooked just right. The package price was perfect for 5 ppl, the balls weren't too heavy or light. We can't wait to go back and bowling again.

Matt was amazing! Great bartender, very kind. He also cooked my chicken chunks, which were outta this world. I'd take those chunks over wings from roosters. Definitely going back!

For a casual time, it's not bad. However, the rental shoes are horribly slippery, and the house balls are not great even by house ball standards. Also of note, at least the lane we were on had some serious oil push down that made picking up spares rough. My final complaint is that the machines (pinsetter and, sweeper) are pretty inconsistent and often rather slow. On the positive side, the staff are friendly, and the place is well cleaned. The prices are ok... they feel a little steep but not unreasonable. Overall, it's not a bad place to go if you're just looking to hurl balls down the lane and hang out with friends, but I don't know that I would recommend it for serious bowlers.
