Poelking Lanes Wilmington “The Poelking Lane” has done an amazing job remodeling ! The entire experience now makes you feel like you’re in your own little private alley! Great job from management to staff to the Poelking family for valuing their customers enough to sink the money into the experience! Staff was amazing from the counter young man to the younge lady in cafe/ bar to the manager who said hello as soon as I walked in. Great job everyone!

My co-workers and I had a great time. The pizzas were good and cooked just right. The package price was perfect for 5 ppl, the balls weren't too heavy or light. We can't wait to go back and bowling again.

Matt was amazing! Great bartender, very kind. He also cooked my chicken chunks, which were outta this world. I'd take those chunks over wings from roosters. Definitely going back!

For a casual time, it's not bad. However, the rental shoes are horribly slippery, and the house balls are not great even by house ball standards. Also of note, at least the lane we were on had some serious oil push down that made picking up spares rough. My final complaint is that the machines (pinsetter and, sweeper) are pretty inconsistent and often rather slow. On the positive side, the staff are friendly, and the place is well cleaned. The prices are ok... they feel a little steep but not unreasonable. Overall, it's not a bad place to go if you're just looking to hurl balls down the lane and hang out with friends, but I don't know that I would recommend it for serious bowlers.

I have visited Poelking lanes many times as a league bowler and for tournaments. I have always enjoyed it especially since the tablets were updated. I had a wonderful experience this week because of Timothy, a desk employee. He is the type of worker that should become a manager and help lead this company to get back to having a full house of leagues again. He treats people well which is exactly how to retain customers!

I always have a great experience bowling at this place. The alleys are nice, the employees are nice and professional. And the food is pretty good. All in all, its a nice spot to come bowl, whether you come with family, some friends, or even by yourself. You won't be disappointed bowling here!!
