We found this bowling alley to be very outdated and cramped. There is not enough seating for all bowlers. Our family of 5 had a family of 4 bowling next to us, with 6 seats total between both lanes. The ball retrieval system was sloooow and our balls mysteriously disappeared several times. They had to keep calling a worker to send the balls back up. The bowling shoes have holes worn through and the heels lifting off. The price for the pizza, pins, and pop is $10 more expensive than Beaver Vu on a Sunday, which is when we came. We'll stick with Beaver Vu or Kitty Hawk on base. The staff was friendly though!

Tonight was the worst customer service ever could not even get anything to drink because they only had one person making food and take orders on a Saturday night they need to get on people on Saturday or coles there doors.

Would be nice if the holiday hours on your website represented the actual hours your location is open. Nothing worse than packing up the kids and driving to the bowling alley just to see a piece of printer paper on the door with different hours than what’s listed on the website.

Very nice place that isn't hard to get to. Clean facility with easy to use consoles to set up games, plenty of different bowling balls to choose from, nice variety of snacks, and good staff.

Place is improving its overall appearance with new scoring systems and monitors. Now they need to work on the concourse and restrooms. Food and food service is very good and reasonable priced
Had an amazing time at this bowling alley. My family and I celebrated a birthday day here and the customer service was excellent. The food was surprisingly good. Will definitely return!

We have started doing the Cosmic Bowl here every Saturday night and we love it. It's pricey, about $32 for an hour with shoes, but it's still a fun time for the family.

Went here for a state tournament and had a streak of oil on my ball for the first frame and nothing afterwards. You would think that they would oil the lanes to mimic a decent bowling alley. I bowled 50+ below my average due to no oil on the lanes. Wasting people’s time and money to bowl on these lanes. Shouldn’t have picked these for tournament levels.Edited for owners reply: I didn’t know NO oil was an oil pattern. Odd.
