TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We ordered a family box from the Miller Ln location a few months ago. It was late. They were closing. First the girl lied about the pieces that were left. Then the manager came to the window with the pieces that she said they didn’t have. Got home, chicken was nasty as hell! Soaked in grease! Called that same night, told me that they were going to put my name in a book. Surprise THEY DIDN’T! When I finally got the courage to go get my “reorder”, the manager told me my name wasn’t in the book. That’s ridiculous! Never Wil I eat there again.

If I could give this place a zero I would! It was my first experience with Popeyes and always looks so good on commercials and the chicken strip meal that I paid 13 dollars for was old and so burnt you couldn't even taste any chicken! Awful!🤮

On my visit to Popeyes, I ordered a chicken sandwich and a side of mashed potatoes with gravy. I ordered my food through their drive-thru. I was the only one in the drive-thru. The inside of the restaurant was empty as well. Needless to say, it took 20 minutes from the time I placed my order until I received my order. I must admit, I wasn't impressed, and I don't see myself visiting Popeyes again. Biting into the chicken breast was like taking a bite out of a tire. It was very rubbery and chewy. My mashed potatoes were ice cold, and they forgot to add gravy.

Just a simple order took 25 minutes. I sat at the speaker for at least 5 minutes before anyone said anything and was still asked if I could come inside to pickup my order
