Out of the 60$ of food I ordered there, I got a lemonade and a cup of Mac n cheese. I get that they are understaffed, but this is ridiculous. I'm never stopping by again. If you're white, don't bother trying to buy food anywhere in the city. The reverse racism here is out of this world. I'm not racist, never have been, don't deserve this. There isn't a fast food restaurant in the city that isn't doing this. I don't know what you hope to accomplish by ruining my sandwich on purpose but pretty sure you aren't going to achieve it by ruining my sandwich on purpose. I'm just not coming back and I'm telling everyone I know it's a racist establishment and not to take their business there. No customers, the business moves or shuts down, no job. Now who is that helping? Definitely not the employees.

They’re beyond pathetic at this Popeyes. We pull up and see the line empty then see a whole bunch of cars sitting in the parking lot RED FLAG. After we paid for the food she tell us to pull over into a spot and they’ll bring it out so then I’m like that’s why the line empty cause y’all got 20 cars sitting in the parking lot waiting on food. I ask how long is it gonna take cause I’m on my way to work, she says some Bs ofc and I ask for my refund cause it’s wayyyyyy to many people waiting on their food and like I said I have to go to work. She said I had to come in to get a refund…. SINCE WHEN, y’all don’t have nobody in line anyway they all parked in the parking lot waiting on food. I had to drive off without my food because they are SLOW, this is not a fast food restaurant.

I wish I could 0 stars but it is what it is. I waited 35+ minutes for some wings I never received. I stopped by this Sunday evening 2/2/25 for a quick order but waited in drive thru for 15 mins then was told to pull around to the front and they’ll bring it out. After another 15 min + I went inside to see what’s up with my order. I was told they were still waiting on more ghost pepper wings. The lack of communication and care is baffling. The store has been renovated so it looks good but it’s dirty, staff is not friendly or patient, and there’s always a wait. I live to support black businesses in local neighborhoods, this is upsetting. Good luck.
Worst experience ever! Waited over 1 hour then told our order was cancelled. We used Uber Eats. Showed driver waiting. Then kept changing times on the order delivery. Finally got through to Uber to be told our order was cancelled over an hour ago. No wonder why Popeye’s is considered ghetto. Never ordering from Popeye’s again.

This location should be shut down and a whole new crew hired. Manager's too. Because managers are a reflection of the staff. I ordered through the app. The tenders were cold and very hard. I was missing a wing and 2 sides,3peppers. Not 1 condiment in my bag. I spent almost $50 and tipped the driver $12. I've had problems when I order in the restaurant as well. Never again. Do better.

Listen do not visit this Popeyes!! Their drive-thru line doesn't move. It's not a drive-thru, it's a sit there. You'll be there 15-20 minutes sitting in the same spot. I typically bypass this unprofessional, hood-like, "Welcome to Compton" restaurant, but I tried it, because I didn't feel like driving far. Worst mistake! Nothing has changed. I don't care if you live next door, roll right past it.
