I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The manager got our order wrong, and when we came back to fix it, there was a girl at the counter. We explained that the sandwich was incorrect, and instead of addressing it properly, she took it and threw it away.

When I asked her about the price difference between the first sandwich and the replacement, she got defensive and started arguing, claiming this was the original order. I told her clearly that I had ordered a wrap. She ignored me and called the manager.

The customer service was absolutely unprofessional. When I asked her for her name, she refused to tell me and turned her face away.

Ordered my food and got only half my order. This seems to be a trend at this place.

Crusty, old, been-sitting-out food every single time i come to this location. No matter what time you go they always give you the old food thats been sitting out. Nasty.

Really Popeyes? $6.49 for a tiny dry burnt shriveled chicken nugget on a bun? I used to go here every time I left Meijer after grocery shopping, but no more, this is the 3rd time in a row it has been very disappointing. Also, save your generic “wErE sOrRy ThIs DiDnT mEeT yOuR eXpEcTaTiOnS, wE hOpE tO sErVe YoU iN tHe FuTuRe” where you do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Pretty soon, you’ll be serving nobody in the future…

This is my least favorite Popeyes in the Dayton area.... Even less favorate than Salem Ave.

The staff are not engaging, the dining area is usually not clean, and most of the time they are out of things....

Try the Huber location, Miller Ln or Springboro.... You'll understand What I mean.

Very kind employees at the counter. Quick to take my order and the lobby was clean. Hot and good food but doesn't live up to the internet hype.

The one I'd gone to for years moved without notice. They could of AT LEAST put a *NOTICE on the Website since that's where we need to order Anyway!!!

The French fries are in my opinion, the worst of any fast food restaurant in our area. Also, they have the worst tasting pickles I've ever had. I love pickles but, I can't eat those they serve at Popeye's.

Watch your order in the drive through. They did not give me 5 biscuits and 5 sauces. When I called the restaurant, they refused to make it right. Shame on you folks. This is nothing less than theft.

The food was good, but the service was remarkably bad. The staff was slow to take orders, repeatedly spaced out while taking our order, and had to have several items repeated to them. The kitchen was disorganized, with the staff constantly expressing confusion regarding where items for orders were, and even confusion about where entire orders were. Also, it's not an exceptionally big deal, but the atmosphere was remarkably quiet with very quiet music and no noticeable kitchen noise.

Night crew needs wiped out and starting fresh really overall it's better just to avoid this
