3rd time one Iâve come to this specific Potbelly and the sandwiches were swimming in sauce. Iâm not sure if you had a new guy tonight or what but we asked for the works with one additional sauce for each sandwich. Something we always get and we could barely eat them gave up with the soggy bread and just ate the meats. Very upset and we love coming to potbelly though we are second guessing our opinion now. Came to the park to enjoy our dinner now we have to wash our hands in the river. 23.00 dollars down the drain Tried to log into the website you gave me and itâs not working how am I supposed to get help if the website isnât working

Iâm a frequent customer at this Potbellyâs store on Brown Street The staff is always inviting and personable for the most part, however recently I have been noticing some things that donât sit right with me. Sometimes I call in to place bigger orders for our company lunches and its pretty routine at this point what happens nextâŠ.. either a rude lady answers and says they canât take orders from a certain time because they are too busy or a guy picks up and gets my order taken down for me right on the spot, with no complaints. Iâm not sure if these two individuals are managers but always seems to be the same two. I find that odd to get such inconsistency from one location and it seems to trace back to one female employee. I really find it odd when I come to place my order in person like she told me too (bcuz they were too busy to take over the phone) but upon arrival she is outside kissing and getting felt up while they are slammed with people in line. Well if you are so busy maybe you shouldnât be playing grab ass with some guy and start helping the rest of the workers in the kitchen! I donât think thatâs right and I hate seeing those real workers struggle while others watch and do nothing. I generally donât complain bcuz I work in customer service and know how hard it can be, but I have sat on this and after giving that place two more chance since this incident I have decided that I will probably take my business on my lunch breaks elsewhere. I work on a college campus and donât see this type of behavior from young kids in school but yet you guys are allowing someone in your uniform representing your brand be sexually explicit out in open while on your clock. Itâs absurd.

Stopped in on 7/18 30 minutes before they closed, was asked if I had a pick up order and if I didnât that they âclose in 20â and asked if that means I couldnât order, lady told said I guess but it will be 5 minutes and to look at the menu. Wasnât going to wait around for her to spit in my food and took my business access the street

1st time using the app and even asked the workers if the sandwiches were made correct before leaving and they reply yes. Get home and no bacon on my sandwich which they charged me $1.90 for bacon. Can't seem to get a sub made correctly. I came to potbelly because jimmy johns did same thing 6 times. I beleave we will never order here again.

Horrible and rude worker. I was trying to order a sandwich and the worker was so rude to me I just left. Would not recommend coming here.

I placed an online order this evening and didn't think to check it before I left the store because the service and order is usually correct. But when I got home and opened the bag, the cookie I had ordered was not there. This is probably only the second time in several years I have ever had a problem. This won't keep me from using this location, but I guess I will have to be more diligent about checking my orders.

Our kids picked this up for dinner. Brown Streets Chili was, hands down the best chili I ever tasted in my life. Iâll never eat it elsewhere. The salad with Balsamic dressing was fabulous. The rest of the family got sandwiches and they were perfect as usuals. Brown Streets Pot Bellyâs top of the line.
