Ordered pick-up from Uber Eats expected to be done between 6:05 and 6:10 30 mins later I still haven’t gotten my meal. Then after about 35 mins the manager or someone comes out from the back of the kitchen (no gloves) and starts flirting with the poor lady at the counter for another 20 mins. What is going on, where’s my food??

Went on my lunch break ordered a loaded potato with no sour cream or jalapeños and they gave me a bowl of Mac with just sour cream and jalapeños, so I went back got my potato remade and I watched the cashier lady speaking to the cook in the back and said to him “are you slow no jalapeños or sour cream” and then he took it out of eye shot and finished making it I headed back to work to see that it still has jalapeños on it!! Then I proceeded to call the store for a second time and the manager called me a liar and stated he wouldn’t give me any sort of compensation. Horrendous customer service I do not recommend!

I’ve been here a few times but Never again . Me and my wife was wanting a bite to eat in the local area, They gave my wife a salad with no ranch and insignificant amount of chicken for the price . I ordered a brisket bowl dozer that consisted of 1 slice brisket fat and enough shredded cheese to stop me up for a week. If you like bbq and want it to be good I guess you gotta do it yourself

This place is mediocre, my brisket was really dry, okra kinda hard, and there was no hot sauce just buffalo 😩 always gotta have hot sauce!! The rice was bland, I must say the chicken was tender and juicy. I’ll try the place one more time and try something else but after that, if it’s still the same, this is a no go for me

Tonight was not their night. I've been here a couple of times will no real issues but tonight the food was just awful.got the pick 6. Brisket,jalapeño sausage,cornbread,beans and rice, and greens. Let's start with the brisket or should I say dried pot roast, the sausage was barely cooked so I had to crisp it up at home. The corn bread is more like cake just not my preference. The beans and rice have a sweet weird supposed to be Cajun flavor that is off putting. The greens were basically mush that was all salt. Not a good experience overall and now a days it's hard to spend $30 on a dinner.

This place was dead. I should have taken the lack of customers as a sign. The place is clearly only here for the jackpot of being right next to the college. The food was subpar and the prices were ridiculous. The wait time with one other customer seated already was horrendous. I should have paid attention to the other reviews concerning the wait times.
The fact that its a bbq place seems to just be a gimmick they latched onto rather than something they have experience making.
I asked for a refund after waiting an exorbitant amount of time for sometjing extremely basic and was told NO nastily.
Hishpuppies for 7 dollars?? Half raw in the middle still. Better at long johns.
A small plastic 20oz bowl with a small amount of meat and other fillers loaded on top - 14$ This food is gross and ill never go back again.
Stop going here so something decent moves into the spot.
Edit: my food also included a spicy mayo type sauce that was warm and tasted like it was seperating.
The taste of this meat confirms wht i said above. These people dont know how to do bbq, this is just a gimmick.

First time here. Husband got $27 wings and tips. Chicken wings super small no meat tips was all gristle bones. My order could not be fulfilled was not told that until after husband got his meal. I got a refund for mine and went to 5 guys across the street. Overpriced and wont be back.
