I asked for only cheese and fish they didn't do that correctly they have missing items from their menu but I love other locations they have it. Had to wait for my food which I'd rather fresh but they still messed it up. Today has not been convenient service let alone happy service because the food was made in correctly and staff wasn't really ready to be at work.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got off work late the other night and stopped by to get me and my daughter something to eat. She got a strawberry milkshake with her meal. It had a lid. When I got home she was drinking it. The cup is see through and she noticed something inside her cup. She took off the lid and it was a big. Upon further inspection we realized it was a roach, it was dead but it was still a roach. I called the store and the lady laughed at me. Told me they don’t have roaches. I talked to the manager the next day and I was disregarded and pretty much told they don’t have roaches. They did offer my money back or free meal many times. I didn’t want or need either, honestly the few dollars a milkshake costs isn’t going to make or break me. I don’t complain to get anything. I work in the restaurant industry and I NEVER complain. I’ll never be back. That’s disgusting! Roaches can make customers and employees sick, be proactive. The safety of your employees and customers matter.

This Rallys location is very good always have good customer service and food. Very understanding and respectful. I feel they go above and beyond in satisfying there customers. The assistant manager Robert is kind and professional greatly appreciate it his customer service.
