Ok service. Fries were too salty...received the wrong items..burger was not good.. spoke with management..he stated to bring the food back and he would replace it..was not worth the trip back for replacement.

I've been going to this Rallys after work about once a week now. Service is fast, and the food is ALWAYS hot. I don't think I've ever had cold fries or a cold sandwich from this location. Plus the price isn't bad for the quality of food in my opinion.
I recommend the Number 10 Combo, which is a spicy chicken sandwich (comes with lettuce and mayo), famous fries, and a drink. You get get a shake for 1$ more.
It's one of my favorite fast food places

I decided to stop in and try this location since I was in the area, and they were quick, friendly and the coneys were fresh and tasty. Only complain would be they didn't have any salt packets.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru only to be told to drive around to the back of the line by the older manager. I asked what the problem is, he refused to tell me. I told him I'm not going to the back of the line so he threatened to call the cops for trespassing. He slapped the roof of my car as I drove off empty handed.

Employee was extremely rude and yelled at us in the drive thru because they couldn't figure out how to ring up an advertised special.
He told us we were rude and we could go somewhere else to eat.
Was just hungry and wanted to eat.

Placed my order online ahead of time, very small order just a Buford combo meal. Pulled up to the A.I in the drive thru (right hand lane) which told me to pull ahead, as I got to the window I told the worker my name and immediately was hit with an attitude about how my order was still being worked on and I need to pull back around to the left lane to be able to pick my food up. No problem doing that but maybe instead of catching an attitude with a customer because I was in the wrong lane get a sign that says Right lane Drive thru Left Lane pickup? Also my order was ready the first time I pulled up to the window because the second worker handed me the same bag sitting on the table I saw when I pulled up. Be prepared even if you try to make their night easy by placing an order ahead of time online they’ll still find a way to be shitty with you.

If you're here to kill time, and plenty of it, you're at the right place; at least during late hours because usually only one person is working during that shift. So expect both drive-thru lanes (the main one and the order pickup-only one) to be REALLY slow.

If you get loaded fries from here, I will warn you: it's a bit of a mix-mash as to whether or not they will provide you with your fork so you can eat them. I have had at least 2 separate occassions where I have not been given a fork for my loaded fries. Ultimately it depends on the person working the shift that night whether or not you'll get your fork.

Food is good though; though the wait times can be a mood killer for some people.

I went there today around 1 pm.
The drive through cashier had a cut on his finger and was preparing our food.
We had blood on our napkins which did gross us out .
We did throw the food away out of fear getting any sickness.

I placed my order with AI at the drive thru and drove up to the window. When the window opened, I advised the Rep no ice with my drink please. He got an attitude and said I should have said that when placing my order. Drinks are already being made. I paused to avoid channeling his negative energy and apologized to him saying I didn't know i could have done that but will next time.

He directed me to the other window where I waited for 15 minutes. When it was time to give my order, imagine I am in the driver seat without a passenger. The window he was giving my food out of is on the passenger side. He stood at the window with 75% of his arm stretched out saying this is as far as I can reach, so if you want it.....I didn't hear the balance of his sentence, but told myself and now whomever reading this, poor service and not worth your time or money. Rally's needs to train all of their workers proper customer service etiquette. I won't be returning ever again even if they were the last fast food restaurant open.
