The food at Rallys is NEVER a disappointment. The service, tho, almost ALWAYS is. We went 2 days in a row. The 1st night the young lady was pleasant and very friendly. The only strange thing is that all the lights were off including the Rallys sign which made it appear to be closed. The wait time was longer than normal for a fast food restaurant BUT the food was HOT,correct and delicious. The second night, same with the lights but service was unpleasant. Felt like we were bothering them and they had a hard time understanding our simple order.

This is by far the worst Rally's I have been to. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and confrontational. Tonigh I pulled in and the AI took our order. It was not understanding and said a human would take our order. Then we waited about 5-10 minutes for a human. About every minute or so I said something into the mic, but no one picked up. I then backed up and pulled foward, this restarted the order. I was not sure what else to do. I put in my correct order and it took it fine. I then pulled up to the window and the women was immediately rude. I mean unbelievable rude. I tried to explain the situation and she was not trying to help at all. She then stormed off and a man came. He was also incredibly rude. We figured out that the first order had went through. The total was around $25. I explained that we wanted the second order which was about $40. The man was not trying to help and kept getting mad at me. He then said he will cancel the first order and he charged me the $40. The food came out and the woman immediately slammed the window shut. She basically through the food at me as well. Extremely unprofessional and quite frankly embarrassingly bad service. This was not only the worst fast food experince I have had, but also the worst service experience I have had. And the nail in the coffin was, they gave me the $25 dollar order after charging me $40. I did not notice until I had drove away because I just wanted to leave thanks to the rudeness. If management would like to speak to me more I would be willing. Safe to say I will never go back to this location.

not only do they take all day , they have the worst attitudes i’ve ever seen , i don’t understand why the nighttime staff haven’t gotten fired or called out for their bad attitudes . def won’t be back .

Ai order taking is fun, but it has definitely missed a few things here and there, like half and half shakes, and adding/subtracting ingredients. I like that everything is fresh. The presentation is not awful, but there's not a LOT of care vs speed. I'll continue to return to this location before ever returnin to the other one up the road. 👀

Employees were nice but it took about 20 mins at the drive thru waiting for a grilled chicken sandwich. They apologized for the delay. The sandwich was yummy and the seasoned french fries very good. Appeared to be only 2 people working. My nephew loves the $4 meal deal but I'm not sure I'd go back.

Came here on break to get lunch my work is 1 minute away. I waited past my break for 1 burger and 1 fry. This is unacceptable. Wouldn't recommend.
We were just in! We tried to order at the walk up window because we didn’t wanna go through the drive thru with the automated system. Given I come to this location quit a bit and have never had such disrespectful service. They saw us at the window and just let us stand there( I didn’t wanna knock because it’s rude and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt) my coworker then knocked and they still ignored us!! We tried to go through the drive through and tried to bypass the automated system. Just because we wanted to order with a person. They said some rude things let us sit there for a minute or 2 then said we are not serving you! We just wanted some lunch.

One would think for the amount of time they consistently take to make your order after after the automated computer cashier take the order you would think the 15 to 20 minutes it took to get the food you think you'd get all of it but on that $4 deal we didn't get any fries and I'm pretty darn sure it's supposed to come with fries and good luck getting them to pick up the phone and own up to their mistakes at this rate I'll be better off saving my money and making the food myself at home like I knew I should have but this is what happens when I wanted to be lazy you get what you get when you don't do it yourself I remember when fast food was actually fast anybody else remember that

Ms Nicki runs her kitchen with respect and they give it out. She’s always nice when I come there and she makes sure we leave satisfied everytime! Wish I could tip on my card but next time I’ll have it cash!

Horrible customer service they have you wait at the window while they keep looking at you with the window open and just not say nothing been here ten minutes no one said a word to me horrible experience never come here again
