They always say they not taking any orders right now. This has happened 3x in the last month. They forget you when they send you to the other side of drive thru. Sorry but it's the Caucasian crew that was really good a few months ago that's why I started going g back.

Service is fast. Food was hot, fresh, correctly made. Price was quoted incorrectly. Was told 2 for $6, but charged $6.50. Not a big fan of the milkshakes, kinda bland and taste like mix and preservatives. But the food is good. Great place for a super quick food pick-up.

If I could give 0 starts I would man these people are horrible. Absolutely horrendous. How come I wait about a hour in the drive through line and I was the first one in line. And this is supposed to be called what? Fast food? Oh nah. I’m good of this will never in my life be coming again. HORRIBLE PEOPLE I REPEAT ONCE AGAIN HORRIBLE.

I hate to be like this but 01/22/25 after leaving hospital my family and I swung by for some good rally food and it was everything but good rally food. It wasn’t busy. But cashier was all over the place. The toon my card and gave it back without receipt I thought it will be with my food ( this was about an hour experience of bad service) he had us pulls around to the other side. The came out a side door and dropped someone a food, the manager looked to be intoxicated, we got a small bag of food and had to wait 40 mins give or take for drinks which we pulled on up to see my drink sitting with a sleeve of lids with chili or something splattered all over them laying in my drink. I could hear the manager talking so rude to the cashier he was in tears when he did give us our drinks and I told him it’s not worth it go home and get a better job there is alot more too much to type Update about today, I’ve called in and off all day from 9am something and still calling no answer.’

I am a delivery driver for doordash. Came to pick up an order and waited about 5 minutes. The drive thru wasn't busy and no one was at the walk up window. No greeting, no acknowledgement I am there. I knock on the widow because maybe they don't see me or hear me, I'm short. The manager storms over, yells at me to not knock, locks the window on me and says to cancel the order (which isn't mine by the way, I am just a delivery person). Very unprofessional. Recommend to go to a different Rallys. Not worth the wait to get yelled at for their poor customer service.
