The food at Rallys is NEVER a disappointment. The service, tho, almost ALWAYS is. We went 2 days in a row. The 1st night the young lady was pleasant and very friendly. The only strange thing is that all the lights were off including the Rallys sign which made it appear to be closed. The wait time was longer than normal for a fast food restaurant BUT the food was HOT,correct and delicious. The second night, same with the lights but service was unpleasant. Felt like we were bothering...

Ai order taking is fun, but it has definitely missed a few things here and there, like half and half shakes, and adding/subtracting ingredients. I like that everything is fresh. The presentation is not awful, but there's not a LOT of care vs speed. I'll continue to return to this location before ever returnin to the other one up the road. 👀

Employees were nice but it took about 20 mins at the drive thru waiting for a grilled chicken sandwich. They apologized for the delay. The sandwich was yummy and the seasoned french fries very good. Appeared to be only 2 people working. My nephew loves the $4 meal deal but I'm not sure I'd go back.
