Hello. Stopped in to eat after doing some shopping at Wright Pat Commissary this past Saturday, originally from Indy, worst service we ever had and Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants, the young man came to the table took one of our drink orders and walked away I had to call him back to take my drink order. NEVER received my cocktail, bought my appetizer out and not my husband's. Bought the entrees out and then bought out my husband's appetizer, the soup wasn't hot. Ask for bread and extra Alfredo sauce never received it. Ask for it a second time never got it. At this point... we decided to just ask for boxes and leave. Horrible.!

We haven’t gone to Red Lobster in probably two years since the last time was very bad. Since they’re under new ownership we thought we’d give them another shot. While the young man who waited on us was polite and efficient we won’t be going back ever now. We had the new seafood boil and some flavored teas. The tea was warm from lack of ice. We got a glass of ice. There was really no taste to the cranberry tea and little to the raspberry tea. The biscuits were half raw and took forever to come out. When the boil came out it was missing the crab part of it and the potatoes were hard as a rock. The corn was mushy although the shrimp were as fresh as could be expected in this area of the country. When we got the crab part of the meal I felt they tasted fishy but my husband was satisfied with them. The roasted garlic butter seasoning was great but not great enough to compensate for the rest of it. Definitely not worthy of a $75 (including tip) meal (we split the boil or it would have been much more). Goodbye Red Lobster, you’re off our list.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience really went above and beyond. My dining partner has some pretty particular allergies and is trying new dietary restrictions to boot, and our server and their... boss, Mark, ran through the options in detail and made sure everything was all right while we ate. Great experience!

Just had one terrific meal at your Red lobster The food was great Cook the perfection wonderful atmosphere needless to say we had a great dinner hadn't been there for a while Mark service was fabulous he made our evening. I want to thank him. And I'm very nice man. great service good food nice place the right person to have dinner with you can't beat it we'll be back

It was a quiet part of the day and our host Juny was great and had a great personality and attitude, which makes the difference for me when I dine out.
